It's good because it tells you to do a morning exercise, get the right nutrients for your hair, make a healthy shampoo, and so on.... But bad because I didn't like how she is recommending silicone to everyone. Even the ones that she said "completely evaporate" do not! It says all over the internet on how silicones accumulate in organisms and take 400-500 years to degrade. Sure, silicones might work for your hair, but they are toxic to all organisms! Are we going to be that selfish, where we will harm all organisms (including ourselves) on earth for hundreds of years just to have better hair? Can't there be some substitute for silicones?

The 14 day haircare challenge was easy to do and gave good guidelines concerning ingredients and good practices for healthy hair. It is great for people who begin their haircare journey. I still feel a bit lost after completing it because there are no brand or product recommendations and I find it hard to search for products that contain no blacklisted items. The shampoo we made did also not work well for me.

The 14 day challenge is wonderful and totally worth it. I did actually pay for the $997 US package. It started great, but being a 90% deaf person I had asked the company if all videos had functioning subtitles. They reassured me that they all did before I paid such a high amount. A lot of videos did not have subtitles. A lot of videos had subtitles that did not work properly at all according to my hearing friends. There would be audio transcripts (anyone with a hearing disability knows that you cannot follow this). I have communicated with them on numerous occasions and they would reassure me that everything was fixed and yet again I would fall on many videos with no subs. You have to understand where we come from. Without subtitles we can’t understand what is being said. In the 14 days challenge when you email them you get a reply quickly. Once you purchase the full package it can take more than a week for a response if you are lucky to get one. The package is great but there’s a lot of unclear information which prevents you from moving forward because it is not clearly explained or due to the lack of information you do not know what’s the next step to take and the confusion sets in because you cannot move forward without having your questions answered. I did appreciate the full refund but that was not what I had asked for. I was not offered a choice They simply refunded me and kicked me out. Instead of coming to a compromise and partly refunding me and still leaving me access to the course. In a way it made me feel penalized for my disability if that makes any sense. All I wanted was functioning subtitles and a partial refund and still have access to the course. Is the package worth it ? Sure but not $997 US. It needs a lot of work in my opinion and more construction. This is not a complaint review but more of an awareness statement before purchasing the full $997 US package. If you are hard of hearing this course will be very difficult to follow. It can get very confusing if you have a lot of questions or need reassurance as to what are the next steps to follow.

I did the 14 hair challenge. It could be a valuable course for someone just starting their hair journey, but for me, I didn’t find I learned much, and even less that was applicable. Apparently we are learning about hair profiles tomorrow (the final challenge), which may provide some useful information. I think the more extensive course is what I was actually looking for.

I found the 14 day hair care challenge very enjoyable. There is a lot of information included in the course which is very useful. I joined the challenge as I wanted to improve the health of my hair and am trying to grow it longer. I try to use mostly organic/natural ingredients on my skin and hair but hadn't realised I was using them the wrong way until I took part in the 2 week challenge. Having said this, I do feel a lot of the information included in the course can be easily accessed on google. I felt they could have provided more guidance when searching for the recommended products as many people (including myself) left the challenge having not found these items. I do understand the logic behind this as they are obviously not aware of our hair type and so cannot recommend a product to suit our specific hair type. However, I think it would be helpful to provide a list of products which are safe to use so that people can make an informed decision based on their own research of the product. Instead of being included in the course you are required to pay more to gain access to this information. For this reason, I do think the course is overpriced.

I joined the challenge in order to learn about my hair structure and what I can do to improve it. The challenge mentions a lot of issues and gives information about what ingredients to use and what to avoid. It also provides nice details about hair-oriented nutrition and lifestyle. What I would have liked is to not dive into a lot of topics superficially, but to receive more detailed information about DIY products, because it does leave me a little bit insecure about what products to use and to avoid, especially in the field of conditioners and oils. Sara mentions a lot of things one shouldn't do, but sometimes there is lacking information about what to do, even if it only would be one product. My hair hasn't improved that much since I started the challenge, but I am a little bit more informed about hair and what it needs so I would join it again .

This is a basic course that covers topics ranging from no-go ingredients in hair care to the effects of diet and exercise. If you are lacking these basics, then yes, this will be a really good challenge to get you going and make necessary lifestyle adjustments! Personally, I have left this challenge with little knowledge added. The parts that touch upon ingredients and scalp health have been useful but not enough. I feel like the balance of the material included has not been fulfilling. In the end, this course has not done much to help me improve the health of my hair and scalp. As previous reviewers also have mentioned, there was a lot of talk about how there's not enough time to deeply dwell into more advance knowledge and that is understood, but then please leave it out and don't mention it in every video, instead focus completely on what is included. It is also understood that you're not going to learn your unique hair profile and get tailored solutions but the material is too basic for many. It's definitely not a bad course but, it's also not for everyone. I was hoping for more.
