I loved this 14 day hair challenge, everyday I always looked forward to the new videos and missions and seeing how all the girls were doing with their missions as well. I loved that I was able to connect with other people that are in the same boat as me. I learned so much during this time and i I never would have thought all my hair products were not helping me at all. I love Sarah and the team for being so helpful. I did the 14-days challenge! It was a great, fun and informative experience. My favorite part of this challenge was to make our own homemade shampoo. I got to learn some much ingredients that was not good for the hair. Most of my shampoo contains bad ingredients which explain the hair loss and dryness I was going through. The topic I enjoy and thought was funny, is when Sarah mentions stress. I do go through a lot of stress with work and being a single parent. This challenge really encourages me to start planning my routine, like exercising, meditation, planning meal and such more. I do recommended taking this challenge!

This course did more for my hair in 14 days than any salon specialist or high-end product in my entire life! My hair is drastically improved. Reduced hair loss and breakage, thicker, shinier, stronger, just overall healthier from applying what I learned in this course.

I learned more about haircare in the last 14 days than I have in the rest of my life. I found out why my hair was breaking and what I needed to do to fix it. The Challenge doesn't push any products or offer quick-fix gimmick "solutions." What it does is give you the tools you need to know to choose the right hair products as well as make lifestyle adjustments to nutrients, minerals and exercise. It's a multi-aspect course. My hair is in better shape already and I cannot wait to see the continued improvement!

I did the 14 days challenge and loved it! I entered with very low expectations but it really was worth it and way beyond my initial expectations. I learned so much about common misconceptions and gained actual knowledge that I will now be able to apply from now on. One of the most interesting things is that the course is NOT a list of to do's or products to use but a real learning course, during which one can develop personal skills to make clever choices based on science. The learning material is dense and requires dedication. I will keep reading and exploring it. In just two weeks I already noticed that my hair is stronger, brighter, and less dry and frizzy. It is time and money well invested I recommend Sarah and her team for their professionalism and availability.

For the price and the time, I learned a lot about natural hair care. Sarah gives a very holistic approach to haircare from the inside out. You will learn the good, the bad, and the ugly of hair products and how to make your own safe products. I would highly recommend this as the challenge is fun, you really do learn, and you get tons of information in pdf form to keep for future knowledge.

Before I purchased the 14 day challenge with Sara, I was browsing videos and other people's reviews to find out if it really helps or if it's one of the 'quick online money maker' that advertises a lot these days on social media. I've decided to try my luck because I've spent so much money on hair products and hair care that didn't bring the results I was hoping for, and I was just tired from it all. And it was one of my best decisions of my life! I can't believe how complex this course is. I was expecting just a few hair tips but this challenge takes it not only from the products and it's ingredients but also the food we eat, excersices, meditation... everything. So if you decide to buy the challenge you will leave with a lot of knowledge and you will be even able to make your own shampoos at home. So yes, it is worth every cent!
