Wow! This 14-day challenge with Sarah was amazing. I learned so much and unlearned so much at the same time. It was so inspiring. I made my own home made shampoo I can’t believe how much my hair improved and how much I have been learning. I would recommend this 14-day hair challenge to everyone who wants to have amazing healthy hair. I came into this program rather sceptical, since I’ve tried so many ‘magic’ supplements, programs and other quick fixes. After being at a very stressful job for 2 years, I lost about half of my hair. Every day I saw it flushing down the drain and I got more hopeless. I’m happy to say that the 14-Day Hair Journey is not one of those ‘magic pills’ but a complete hair empowerment journey!! Every time I did a lesson, I was first a little stunned since so many of my misconceptions about hair were turned upside down – but then would feel so empowered to make a new change. It is definitely a challenge, meaning you’re required to do things, but I would recommend it to anymore! My scalp has gone from itchy, painful and oily to soft and happy in only 2 weeks. My hair is already less oily, too. I feel fully empowered to own my hair journey from now on and I can’t wait to see how my hair looks in 12 months!

I was advertised this Hair program through my social media. I did not look into it too much, because even the very few things I read about it were so high quality, I knew it had to be good. I did not even realize how in depth and holistic this approach was. I am very pleased with the information, and the transformation I am now taking in my care routine, let alone my life, because of this program!

ONLY for the brave ! If you are like me and spend hours of hours searching for the right product the perfect combination for your hair. Then this is your challenge. It is the ultimate introduction into the road of achieving healthy beautiful hair. Its pretty great!

I have just completed 14day challenge with Hairgrowthlab- it completely changed my perspective on hair care and affected my lifestyle in a positive way. I like how this girls put you to work since day 1 in understanding all that is wrong with the hair industry and what is actually good for your hair. Come to the basics and learn from scratch what is required to have a healthy hair.

Best thing I've spent my money on in a looong time! I am someone who has always been skeptical of beauty products/treatments, so I usually avoid splurging in that area, and I am usually even more skeptical of Instagram businesses. But I took a leap of faith by joining the 14 Day Haircare Challenge, and was completely blown away and am leaving that experience with such inspiration and empowerment to take on the task of taking care of my hair and body and overall well-being. So grateful for Sarah Tran and for this whole experience! Would recommend it to anyone! And it felt like school for 2 weeks which was really fun!
