There are so very many people popping up out of the woodworks these days claiming to be an expert, hosting masterclasses without the experience or expertise. What I want to say about Sara is that it is quite clear that she has put this together not just because she is passionate about this topic and can sell us something, but because she has spent the researching and implementing all the nuances of growing and maintaining her hair. And she has put it all together in a beautifully done website and workbooks, so many amazing, incredible useful workbooks, for us to use during her 14 Day Challenge. She is authentic when she speaks, she openly shares about her experience, and she genuinely wants us to have better hair and that all shows through in every element of her program. Nothing is missed, there were zero issues in my program and everything was perfect. I feel armed with new tools, so many new tools!, that I can go and implement straight away. I knew with my hair falling out I had to do something, and this was the something. It's not a quick fix, because it takes time to grow hair but how she teaches you to take care of the new hair you are growing and help you grow thicker, stronger hair. It has changed how I run my entire life and bleeds over into general health and wellbeing. She is terrific and her team is so loving and kind. I feel so lucky I found this to interrupt the path of hair loss I was on. Thank you!

I just finished 14 days better hair challenge with Hair Growth Lab and it has been completely worth my time, effort and money. The most important is that I feel so much more empowered. I actually I have a control over my hair. I thought I was the lost cause, first of all because of my genetics (my mom lost almost all of her hair) and because if my autoimmune thyroid disease. After changing to what companies claimed to be more natural less harmful shampoos my hair lost all of its volume and thinned even more. I'm super excited to implement those changes for my hair step by step and I’m sure that I will see amazing results. There was a lot of information that I didn’t know and wish I knew it before. It would save me so much time and money. Just infinitely grateful. Thank you 🙏

The Hair Growth Lab is truly a revolutionary program. Sarah and her trusted team have really developed something special. It not only educates women on improving their hair care routines but empowers women to take control and build each other up. In the 2 weeks, I learnt how to make shampoo, how to avoid chemicals, started eating healthy by adding more protein and shared my notes with my 69 year old Mum who is super happy that I am taking castor oil again 😋. A really in-depth interesting Hair Challenge set over 14 missions. Each day brought such useful information and wonderful videos and podcasts which are so honest and are just there to help you on your journey. All very manageable, interesting and fun that you wake up excited about what the next mission will be. Making your own shampoo was one of the highlights and had fabulous results. The best $20 I have ever spent!!

The course was organised and enjoyable and I feel like it will make a difference to my hair in the future. I wasn't expecting to see results after the 14 day course as I haven't been using the shampoo for very long but hope that in time it will make a difference. Thanks for all the info!

I am about to finish my 14 day haircare challenge. I liked the experience and had fun with it. I found it useful to learn about ingredients of haircare products, what to look for and what to avoid, and I made good first experiences with my own shampoo that we made during the challenge. I am quite eager to learn more and to grow healthy hair. I joined the challenge with a huge discount in February 2021. I was disappointed by my dry hair. With 2 small kids, life is quite busy, and the pandemic didn't make it any better. For me, the challenge was certainly worth the money. We got a short video or audio every day, along with written information in pdf documents. Most importantly, I believe that the challenge is about teaching healthy hair routines independent of any particular products.

I completed 14 days haircare challenge and i really enjoyed being there. I gained a lot of new knowledge about the ingredients in hair care products. I have learned what kind silicone to avoid, what is good for my hair and how to use them. Now I know how to trim my split ends, make my own shampoo and choose the right oils for my hair. I also learned a lot about what lifestyle and nutrition should be to improve the condition of my hair. And in fact it was so intense that I couldnt have a nap :D I recommend attending this challenge to every woman.
