I have thoroughly enjoyed participating in the 14-day challenge! I feel like like learned so much that I did not even know there was to learn, and I know that this is just the tip of the iceberg. I was sad to learn about all the products that I've been using for so long are so bad for my hair! But, knowledge is power and now I have tools to either find or make my own products. Making my own shampoo was quite fun, and I appreciate the format, support, and information provided in this challenge!

There’s so many parts of this challenge to love. Everyday you learn something keen and important to hair growth that you wouldn’t have otherwise known. I really enjoyed every step of this challenge, and was at the edge of my seat for the next mission! Lol it’s a great part of self care, and really is boosting my confidence (already)! I just finished the 14 Day Hair Growth Lab Challenge and I really want to encourage others to participate! The health of our hair is up to each of us, as this program teaches so well. This is an opportunity to take your hair and your health into your own empowerment, learn, (and unlearn!) what works best, and come away in just 2 weeks with so much more knowledge than ever before. This was such a wonderful experience and I am so thankful!

I found this challenge while browsing through my facebook feed and as it had a 80% covid-sale on I thought it was really fairly priced and I went for it. The experience itself was great - honestly, I would not have expected so much scientifically founded research and insights being presented. There was great work-book material provided and two really nice DIY recipes. I really think I've learned a lot and have taken some great steps towards more beautiful and healthier hair!

I very much enjoyed the 14 day better hair better lifestyle challenge! Although I entered slightly on impuls, it speaks volumes to the content that I kept up with the daily missions. For me the most valuable takeaway is that you can choose better products, and use complimentary products in your hair care routine, when you know more about the ingredients. To learn how to make your own shampoo is worth the investment alone. But you learn so much more in 14 well portioned daily missions, that you can easily manage per day. But even if you fall behind, they will support your journey and make sure you can complete it in your own time. So if you feel impulsive like me, tempted or ready for a challenge, go for it!

I did the 14 day hair care challenge. It was wonderful. I learned a lot. I really enjoyed making my own shampoo. I found it very interesting that things like stress, diet, and exercise can all affect your hair. I enjoyed meditating and exercising. This program is so good.

I came across the 14 day challenge on facebook. I was really looking forward to improving myself physically and mentally and after completing the challenge I can say for sure that this was totally worth it! I’m so glad I came across it! The HGL team has been so nice and accommodating. Due to a family problem, I couldn’t join the challenge at the start of January and was just thinking of getting a refund but the HGL team was super nice and let me join the challenge at a later date! The last two weeks have been full of information and fun. I have learned a lot and can’t wait to see the results after applying these continuously 💕

Hair GrowthLab's challenge was a hair changing journey for me. The challenge was not only about hair it was a holistic approach to healthy lifestyle and healthy hair.
