I signed up for the 14 day challenge not knowing what to expect. My hair loss had been increasing and my desperation to stop the loss also was increasing! In the 14 day challenge, I learned so much about my hair and now understand that I need a comprehensive approach to stop my hair loss. That there is no quick fix! That being said, after using the DIY shampoo, my hair (which has always been thin) is looking more voluminous and it is so soft! 100% recommend this challenge to anyone who cares about their hair!!

Very concise and helpful course..saves money spent on expensive useless hair products and puts mind on right track of rethinking what's really the best for u n ur hair!

I had a lot of fun learning throughout the 14-day Hair Challenge. It's a great introduction to a lot of topics, and you leave the challenge knowing that there is so much more to haircare than you first realize. The information provided was very useful and eye-opening, and it is a great place to start if you want to learn more about haircare.

Someone had written in their review that these positive reviews are fake because you get credit for writing a review on trust pilot. This made me a little reluctant to try the 14 Day Challenge. However after experiencing it, I can 100% say that the postive reviews are not fake. The challenge was amazing. Full of a lot of good information about not just your hair but your overall health. Sarah is very sweet and very real and I learned a lot. I have a ton of things that I will take away from this challenge. I am very happy that I decided to do it. I convinced my sister to try it. She begins this Sunday. I know that she will enjoy it. Anyone who decides to do the challenge will enjoy it and have something to take away from it. This is an honest, not coerced review.

It is perfect! every mission was so exciting and I learnt so much EVERY DAY -not only about my hair but also about my whole body and liftestyle. I have been struggled with the skin problems and now I have found the answers to almost all my questions!!! Every day I discovered something new, what I have been doing wrong since a long time even I was always thinking that I am doing the right things (I thought I had healthy daily routine BUT finally it did not so healthy). So many thanks Sarah :)

It took me more than six months to decide that the Hair Growth Lab 14 day challenge would be worth my time, and I am so glad I made the commitment. Content: Sarah included content that went beyond just ingredients of haircare products, but she included more in that area than I expected. Clearly lots of thought and personal experience from herself and the clients she has coached were the foundation of the course. Each module had a clearly defined purpose and was kept succinct but over the course of the challenge added up to a complete strategy to best care for my hair. I felt my time was well spent. Organization: I was impressed by the support materials in the form of PDFs. They are aesthetically pleasing and full of useful information to reference. There were a few minor typos in the materials as well as the videos, but nothing that detracted from the usefulness of the content. Cost: a bargain for the information and encouragement it provided. Community: I did not engage in this aspect of the challenge because I do have a personal preference against consistently using social media (although clearly I will occasionally post reviews). I can see how the support from Sarah and her team in the community could be helpful, and wish that their support extended to throughout the entire challenge because there were not many troubleshooting opportunities at the beginning. That would be one prime factor to go for the full Hair Growth Lab experience. Results: because of when the DIY shampoo is made in made in the challenge I have only used it once. I have a decent amount of hair but each hair is fine and has some curl to it. I struggle with frizziness but not after using the DIY shampoo which I applied with a nozzled bottle to massage evenly into my scalp. I am very pleased with the lack of frizziness, the continued soft texture, lack of oil. I did not style it with a blow dryer or any other heat product so I cannot speak to volume or protecting it from heat. I would like to learn more from Sarah about hair profiles, which I believe will be the final module of the challenge released the day after I am writing this review. Other: I knew Sarah was passionate about hair care, but what I had not known to expect were the different elements she wove into taking care of my hair: nutrition, mental health, exercise, feeling empowered in and because of my choices.

the 14 days challenge would be for everyone no matter what your experience in haircare. You learn so much. It's really great.

I am very happy to take the challenge and learn a lot about hair health, all the topics on the challenge was very useful. After this challenge I know I have all the instruments to have a healthy hair and lifestyle. So recommended!
