I really like the layout of the whole course and the way it is set out to encourge the students to share knowledge and experiences. It is a very well thought environment. The video course is not that long, which is good for me, I have ADHD and I always find it hard to stay watching videos, but it was easy to follow and not that long. I recommmennd it.

Worth the investment of time and money. Sarah Tran's instruction is practical, down to earth, and very informative! This program gave me valuable tools to more forward toward healthier, better hair.

I found the hair growth lab 14 day class an informative and interesting experience. It has changed the way I look at off the shelf hair products and I think twice about what I put into my hair ! It’s changed my lifestyle routine which I’m absolutely loving !! Just wish the course was longer because I’ve had so much fun !

I have been trying to heal my hair for years - through different diets, supplements, haircare and products. Im so glad that I found this amazing girl with lot of knowledge. This makes so much sence and does a huge difference in the way i see my hair now (and for many girls and boys :). I love that it does not only cover the haircare but self love and empowerment of women to be the best versions of themselves. It is empowering. I definately do the steps she introduced us and see my amazing hair transform to a beauty.

I was a bit nervous to join the 14 day challenge at first, but overall I loved the experience. I am aware that to get the results I want is a process and it will take time and dedication, but I did see some benefits right away. The shampoo helped with the itchiness in my scalp and knowing I might lack some nutrients have helped me to find a better way to eat. The importance of good habits is very clear in this challenge since it clearly impacts in the way our overall health is. The most interesting is that this habits, good or bad, are shown through things like our hair health and skin. So I am glad I took the challenge, if nothing else to learn a bit about myself and how important is to be aware of our daily habits.

When I joined the 14-day challenge, I didn’t think that would change my life that much. Previously, my scalp was very itchy and very oily. I was afraid the program would be a waste of money again, but I thought I’d give him a chance after I’ve tried so many things already. I love making my DIY shampoo. My hair is much prettier and brighter. I work even harder to have less stress in my life. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to everyone and hope to learn many more novelties.

Honestly, I was really reluctant at first. I wasn't sure if this was a real program or just another scam that you can see on internet. Fortunately it wasn't. The key to this programs are two words: organisation and compromise. If you look fro your products beforehand, you will have everything ready before the DIY shampoo day comes. If you try and sacrifice a little, go to bed earlier and wake up earlier, you can see your missions first thing in the morning and ta-da! You're ready. Appreciate the knowledge that this challenge gives you, and I also highlight that Sarah always keeps clear that (in case of the supplements mission) she's no health care professional, and she encourages you to go to a doctor and get yourself blood tests to have more accurate results. The amount of self care and self love that this challenge gives you is unreal, I never thought I could actually be able to start winning my own love back, and for that I am grateful. If you need the initial kick for not only better hair, but a better life, this challenge is for you. Thanks a lot for this!!

When I signed up for this challenge I didn’t expected changes only after few months. But i can see that my hair got shiny and soft, and it has a great volume after washing it with my homemade shampoo! I really enjoyed every moment of this journey!
