I enrolled in the 14 hair care challenge. I came into the challenge with an open mind and ready to put in the work and I got out of it what I wanted. Does my hair look drastically different, no but that's alot to expect in just 14 days. However, I was able to learn many things about my hair and body that equipped me with the knowledge I need to change my hair and overall health. I liked how the modules were simple and easy to use and the manuals/ work books were also very detailed. Would definitely recommend this to someone else.

Best thing ever did was join the Hair Growth Lab. In just 14 days it's turned my life around and my hair is so much better! I recommend this to anyone with problem hair or who isn't living their best hair life. Can't tell you how much I've loved this challenge!!!

I found the Hair Growth Lab 14 day challenge through an ad on instagram during the pandemic last year and decided to give it a go since it was discounted. I was so impressed by the results I saw that I decided to invest in her full program, and hands down, it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my hair! Sarah really knows her stuff, and she and her team put a lot of time and effort into helping you unlearn what’s been drilled into you by the beauty industry so you can actually achieve healthy and beautiful hair. The lessons are packed with important information based in science and thoroughly tested by Sarah and her team, but are short and concise enough that you don’t feel burned out or intimidated by them. Thanks to HGL, I feel confident in my ability to properly care for my hair and control things I really thought I’d never be able to, like the length of my hairs growth phase, how much I shed, and how much frizz I deal with. I can’t recommend this program enough!!

I am just finishing my journey on the 14-day hair challenge and it was great. It was a lot more than I expected it to be, I really loved how the gave you a theory class and then gave you a challenge to put it into practice. I definitely recommend this to EVERYONE.

Learning to make my own shampoo was worth the cost of the challenge. (I used recipe A.) I was impressed with the immediate difference I felt in my hair and scalp. I’m curious to see how that continues over time. Very glad to know which ingredients I should avoid and keep in my hair care products!

I took part in 14 day hair care challenge and learned very useful hair care hacks. I am very grateful for this challenge bea cause I didn’t know anything about my hair care products, their aims and ingredients at all. So the challenge changed my hair care practices radically and for all my life.

Hii there! Just want to say i had so much fun and I learned soooo thing about hair amd hair products! Few weeks ago i had a bad experience with my hair! So i have a curly hair and i had a wedding and I didn’t want to straighten my hair cause im trying to take care of it! So I decided to add more volume by adding tape in hair extensions! And ut was the worst decision I’ve ever made in my whole life! After deciding to remove them half of my hair came with them so literally i lost half of my hair! I got in a really bad depression especially after moving away from my family and friends and had a rough pregnancy and then covid stopped me from seeing my family for years I really got depressed! But then i saw this course not just helped me with my hair! She helped me getting over my depression and the stress and I’m thankful for that! She helped me through a lot without her knowing! So i just want to say thank you.

Hello everyone, this is one of the best challenges I took so far. I did not receive such a information from anyone to be able to understand what my hair needs. I am so glad that I found this challenge, it will definitely help me to check what products are good for my hair. I would recommend this challenge for everyone who suffer from hair loss, have ichy scalp, haveany kind of issues with hair. The team was always very helpful and direct to the right path to be able to go thru this challenge also answered all my questions. Really really thank you again very much. You are the best. :)
