I went on line to purchase this product…
I went on line to purchase this product after reading further reviews immediately request a refund via email and phone. I was asked why and explained. I was told I would receive a refund I was never sent the product nor an email confirming a tracking number. It was debited from credit card. Then via email was told it takes 5 days to receive a refund it has now been three weeks and still no refund I forward their email of confirmation to my credit card company to handle the matter as they will not respond to me or refund the money!!! The better business bureau needs to look into this company!!!! Buyer beware!!!

They charged my credit card $57.00…
They charged my credit card $57.00 dollars over 2 months ago and when I contacted them product is not even shipped yet. IT IS A SCAM I will contact facebook and my credit card company to let them know this is a total Scam. I want my money back right now!

Still waiting!
Ordered product beginning April and as of 7th May, still waiting! It appears to be shipped from the Netherlands, however i could have driven there and back many times during this time, and actually received my product! Communication consisted of one line responses and tracking info rarely updated! Would have given 0 stars but feeling generous.

I ordered some hair products and didn’t receive it. Wrote to them and they promised me to send me the money back. I didn’t receive the money and wrote to them few more times and now they don’t reply

FAKE!
FAKE!! - so where do I even begin with this company? that they ship out of the USA - with a non working phone - and charge through Singapore? and that they mark MY purchase having been "SHIPPED" with a useless tracking number - and that over a week in and still NO product - reviewers via Instagram and Youtube probably received their products free or are related - so BEWARE
