Do NOT buy from this company ! Total scammers!! I bought their keratin treatment which they claim gets rid of frizz and it does not ! They offer a satisfaction guarantee on their website which is a lie. They insist that I use the product twice to see results , I did exactly as they said and still did not get rid of frizz. I have complained several times they will not refund my money. They are liars, scammers and should be put out of business ! I don’t know how companies like this thrive. I am going to have my lawyer contact them and report them to the BBB! Stay away unless you want to lose your money ! I hate them !

Stains anything it comes in contact with and smells rancid. It also caused skin irritation on the soft skin behind the ears. Do not buy this product.

The product is made from herbal and plant. It does not contain any artificial color or pigment. Having some color changing is a normal effect when it is exposed to oxygen. When it is accidentally spilled on the surfaces, you can rinse it with water as soon as possible, because it will not dry out immediately, it will be cleaned by water. If it dried out, it can be rinsed with warm water or soapy water and the next batch of the product will use spray pump head, so it will not cause stains everything at all.

Unethical company scamming consumers. Do not buy their products!!!!
Hairmayraki advertises their product as natural, but contains harmful chemicals and smells awful. I had an allergic reaction to their grey reversal hair product after using just once which resulted in severe night sweats and a prolonged headache. They won't provide a refund. They only refund unopened products and you have to pay for return shipping to New York. This company is unethical and their products are not as advertised. Avoid!!!

Before you buy anything from this company, do yourself a favor and check their profile at the Better Business Bureau. I bought the keratin treatment which caused my hair to start breaking. They declined the refund because the product was opened!!! Trust I wish I had never used it!. They never answer the toll-free customer service number, and will only contact you via email. Soon after I noticed they updated their return policy on their website, which in short says that if their product does not work for you, you not only lose your hair but your money.

Horrible product Hairmayraki antigray color restoring
Horrible product. It not only stains surfaces in your bathroom but it dries your hair and makes it unmanageable. The smell is also bad (chemicals). The customer service is non existent. If you want a refund and try to call or email them, you'll never get a response. The BBB should definitely look into this business. Hair Mayraki is a complete and blatant scam.

Customers, beware...I purchased Silky Smooth Proactive Hair Repairing Treatment after seeing a lot of good reviews on their website. Though i thought it was odd the product did not have any bad review, i decided to give it a try. I've been using the treatment for over a month now and did not notice any improvement at all. When i thought it was time for me to leave an honest review in their website, i realized mine didn't show on their review list, which led me to the conclusion that all those people leaving great "5 start"reviews" in their website are actually fake...Disappointed.
Additional comments after first review: The company simply ignored my complain that my honest bad review is not advertised on their website...When you go to Mayraki homepage, all you see is 5 stars reviews as if this was a miracle product...If your product is indeed so good, you should allow people to post honest (good and bad) reviews. Never buying again...
