I bought 2 of the Mayraki anti-grey colour restore treatment. I have long, curly hair and it makes my hair extremely dry and matted. It's recommended to be used twice daily, However, due to the extreme dryness it's causing I'm using it as infrequently as possible so it defies the objective as I haven't seen any results due to the infrequent use. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Another 12 hrs, no any update, total 84 hrs no update so far. Very bad customer service, called 9 times in the last 3 days, sent 3 emails 3 days ago, no one picked up the phone and no one response the emails. Tried to cancel order immediately after submitted, sent 3 emails and left 3 voice message, they still sent the order. Never purchase from this vender again. Here is the info you requested. i got allergic reaction very misleading it says natural but theres still chemical in it like dye im allergic to dye thats why i turned to this product

Horrible customer service. I place an order almost a month ago and i still have not received anything. I asked for a full refund and I received an email verifying my address one more time.

I have curly hair and I was not looking for anything more than less frizz and for my curls to be less tight. I tried this product twice, first time I left it one hour and did the straightening my self and no difference. The second times, two week later, I left it for one and half hour and my (adult) daughter did some serious straightening and again NO difference, not even softer, no less frizz, nothing. I guess I wasted $65. I would not recommend this product. I'm pretty disappointed!

The worst product I've ever used. Colour restoring treatment made my hair dry, I wish I could give it a go for a bit longer to see if it really works. Unfortunately the cost of damage the product made in my bathroom completely outweighs any possible benefits. I often colour my hair myself in that same bathroom and I have never stained anything. This is just splashing everywhere, no mater how careful you are. So now my silicone around the basin is stained, grout is stained, even toilet seat has dots of product on them that is impossible to clean (no idea how this could even happen!!). My pillowcase is stained, after washing it with Vanish Oxi Action TWICE in 95 degrees still stained. Also couple other items of clothing. And a towel. No way you can actually make that mess disappear. By now I feel like the only real reviews are the one star ones. Then we get to the return part, seems like this is their business model: sell 2 products, customer is fed up so tries to return, charge them for the initial postage and ask them to pay for the return. Refund whatever is left which is around $40. They still make $40 out of each sale. And who cares how much this rubbish actually cost you overall (which is definitely couple hundred in my case). Very unhappy!

I tried the Anti-gray Hair Color Restoring Treatment...Buyer BEWARE...it caused hair THINNING and hair LOSS. I have dark brown hair naturally, when I started it, it seemed to cover up grays temporarily (because it is also dark brown) while it was supposed to be nourishing my scalp with its ALL "NATURAL" ingredients. However after 3 weeks I noticed it had THINNED my hair and caused hair LOSS. Because the product is dark, it hid my thinning more b/c it blended in with what my natural color was, else I would've noticed the loss sooner. I have contacted them for a full refund at a minimum ASSUMING my hair will come back....so far no response.

I did the keratin treatment. It didn’t do anything to my hair. No change at all. Maybe I need to do it more than once.
