I purchased this product based on all positive reviews. Used it for over 2 month, day and night as recommended, but it didn’t make any difference in my grey hair. This product doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money

I have used 3 bottles of hair maraki as described but my grey hair couldn't get back to its original colour. I am not sure what advice would you give in this scenario. I have spent 176 dollars to purchase this product, made my cloths dirty and damaged my walls but it has no effect on my hair. First, I would like to apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with our product, and I want you to know that we appreciate your feedback and we will certainly make it right for you. Regards to our anti-gray hair restore treatment, the time to see effectiveness depends on how much gray area that our customer have for their hair, and also how long is the hair has turned gray. It needs to apply daily at the beginning and normally it would take 3-4 weeks to see the difference, sometimes it takes much more faster and we have customer feedback that they are able to see the results after a week. Once the hair color has been restored, then just need to apply 1-2 times per week to maintain the nutritional supply to hair roots. For the stains of the products, we are aware of that as well. As we have mentioned on our website, this treatment has its original color from herbal extract , it might causes some stains on hands when applying. We would advise to use it in the bathroom and remove it immediately by running water if there is any drips on washing counter or tiles. Please make sure blow dry before going to bed, to avoid stains on pillows. I was really looking forward to receiving and using Mayraki's organic keratin smoothing treatment. I received the product promptly. The first thing I noticed is that not one of the ingredients were listed as organic, the word organic did not appear on any of the packaging. I should have sent it back immediately but I really wanted it to be a great product. I didn't necessarily want or expect stick straight hair, just smoother looser curls. I even ordered the two pack because I was so certain it would be great. I have thick, course, curly hair so after washing my hair twice with their shampoo, I applied quite a bit of the smoothing treatment and left it on my hair for a couple of hours. The directions said it was safe to leave in indefinitely but it was so gummy I needed to wash it out. My formerly healthy hair looked really dry but I didn't lose hope. I blew dried my hair and then used a straightening iron. I couldn't get it smooth. It looked like thatch. Finally, I gave up, put lots of conditioner on it and scrunched it back into curls. I would rather have my curls than dry lifeless thatch hair. The next day I went to my hairdresser. The first thing she noticed is that my hair was extremely dry. She applied more conditioner and told me to oil it liberally. I did so. The damage was not permanent. My hair is curly and shiny again. I contacted Mayraki to send back the unopened box within 3 days of receipt. They asked me for a photo, which I promptly sent them. I am still waiting to find out if they will accept the unopened product. The one thing I really liked was the free brush that came with the product.

26 emails and 4 months later I STILL have not received the full refund I was promised for the keratin products that did not work. The customer service rep has now just started ignoring my emails. Really poor product and horrific customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Update: order number #10023884 We have now had 56 emails and still no resolution!

Fake anti gray product with fake "Before" and "After" photos of the product. Been using it for two months now and as instructed "for better results" and it turned my hair into an orange color!

Do not order anything from this company unless you plan to keep it even if it doesn't work out. Their return policy stinks. They will not accept anything that has been opened and tried (so then how does one know if their products actually work?). I am now stuck with a ridiculously expensive bottle of shampoo I cannot use.

The product stains badly and no customer service. The product stains my sink, the counter, the floor, and my clothes. It is a terrible situation in which customer service does not care. They don't even read what I write, just form responses. I asked for escalation to the manager and a week later nothing. Ultimately I had to throw the product in the trash and dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is a very bad company that you want to stay away from no matter what.

Hi Michael, Hope you're having an awesome day so far. I'm super sorry you're experience has been less than perfect! It's certainly not what we want and we'll sort this out for you. The product is made from herbal and plant. It does not contain any artificial colour or pigment. Having some color changing is a normal effect when it is exposed to the oxygen. When it is accidentally spill on thr surfaces, you can rinse it with water as soon as possible, because it will not dry out immediately, it will be cleaned by water. If it dried out, it can be rinsed with warm water or soapy water and next batch of product will use spray pump head, so it will not cause stains everything at all. Hope this helps. I purchased anti gray hair restore treatment. Did not work at all. It dried up and damaged my hair badly. I emailed the customer service they refused to offer a refund or exchange. They said they only take back the unopened items. How will we know if the product is working or not until we open it. I’m not satisfied with their products and customer service. Do not waste money on their super expensive garbage😡
