I didn’t like how the gray restorer made my hair feel dirty and left it flat to my head so I asked for a refund but because I tried the product but they wouldn’t give me a refund only on the unused box (which I haven’t gotten yet). So there’s no customer guarantee!!! What company does that??? I don’t recommend this product unless you don’t mind losing money!!!

I wrote an honest review which was taken down. What is the point of having reviews on a website that the company completely controls. There is no way of restoring hair colour in anyway naturally. If there were it would be incredible but there isn't. Their system like every other company like them works on slowly adding the dye over time. End of story. False advertising

Hi Ros, Mayraki anti-gray treatment works for all types of hair as it works on the roots and it's not a hair colouring. It boosts melanin production at the bulb and helps stimulates the natural pigmentation of hair during regrowth. The results would be coming out after 3-4 weeks. Regards, Mayraki Team

After 3 months fight Finally my money is in my account. Even if I was desperately to try there product which i didn't get a chance. I wish I tried and wrote a positive feedback but that was not the case. I am happy to get my money back. Thank you for that

Had a bad allergic reaction to the product. Sad because I am allergic to hair dye. Had the same reaction to the anti-grey hair color restoring treatment as I do to hair dyes. I did the patch test and sadly did not have a reaction for 48 hours. 24 hours AFTER the patch test said it was safe to use the product. Test for at least 36 hours!! Don't go by the package. Buyer beware

Allergic reaction is expected as Mayraki products are plant based and we have put up indication to do a patch test in the back of the ear or hand first before usage to make sure that there will be no allergic rection that will occur. Ok, so I tried the Keratin smoothing treatment/ vegan formaldehyde free. I have 3b curls. I want to maintain my curl, just remove frizz and since all other keratin treatments remove the curl, i decided to try this. THIS DOES NOTHING to the hair. If you are expecting miracles, forget it- just go with the formaldehyde. This is a waste of $

For the Organic Hydrolyzed Keratin Instant Smoother System, please make sure to follow these following steps: 1.Shampoo your hair with the Mayraki Purifying Shampoo (Pre- treatment Shampoo), specially formulated anti-residue; The deep clarifying Shampoo to prepare your hair for the optimal treatment result. 2.Towel Dry. Solution surrounds each hair shaft with proactive keratin layers to smooth and relax the cuticle. Allow the hair to absorb solution for 50 minutes. For thick or curly hair, coarse hair will need to 1.5 hours to let the treatment full penetrated into hair strands. 3. Rinse off, and Blow dry to 70-80% as straight as possible with a flat or round brush. Use flat iron as personal preference. Style as desired. Please try it one more time as we have confirm results that's working well if the instructions were followed. It's crucial that need to apply SUFFICIENT amount of products to penetrate into the hair strands as Mayraki Keratin treatment doesn't contain any formaldehyde, it requires more than normal Salon Brazilian Blowout. We have Customers's feed back to us that if they do not use enough amount then the hair will not be getting the idea results. Part order missing and no reply from customer services. My order is missing 2 items and despite 3 emails to their customer services I have received no responses (not even an acknowledgment of my emails). Moreover, I asked about their keratin treatment referring to not using any products with sulphate (understandably) but their Scalp Purifying Serum is made up of Sodium Laureth Sulphate. It doesn’t seem it can be therefore used after the keratin treatment. No reply either! My order number 10030930

This products really don’t work. I bought shampoo, repair treatment and keratin treatment. The worst is the keratin treatment it doesn’t work and smells horrible for weeks... then I contacted costumer service to get my money back and they just return the money back if the box is unopened... obviously you have to try the product... please don’t waist your money and time and don’t expose your hair to this products. I never do reviews but I would like to read a honest review before buying this products.
