Took my money but never shipped the products! Order status on website says shipped but tracking says label created, awaiting item. Customer service was of no help! Contacted customer service multiple times but still were not able to tell me if and when I will ever receive the products. Do not trust this website! Save your money! Order Number: 10100134. Tracking number: 93055109247000000124707433. Please refund my money!

I brought this product was not suitable. I kept the open bottle and return the rest of the product to them by post. It's been 3 months since I m following up on my return. Bad customer service keeps sending me an email trying to relocate my return. The product is a horrible smell like burning and colour shampoo stains on the skin and so much running consistency. Not worth the price. I m unable to reply that's why adding here. order was above $300 and posted by the Australian post. And how long do you need to verify in the warehouse it's been already 3 months. You just harassing the customer. I m taking this complaint to consumer affairs. And ask for compensation for such harassment.

I used the anti gray product 2-3 times…
I used the anti gray product 2-3 times and it stained my blonde hair color a light brown-orange color. I have tried removing with clarifying treatments to no avail. I am currently at my colorist and the color is not lifting whatever coating is on my hair. I was worried this might be an issue because I left the cap on my sink overnight and have been unable to get the dark stain off using bleach multiple times. Very unhappy as the site does not state that this product will ruin hair color.

Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us! May we have your order ID# please so we can investigate further. Let us share with you more information regarding the treatment. The recommended usage of the anti grey restore treatment should be used 2 times a day for 3 to 4 weeks to achieve results. Once results are achieved we still recommend to use it 1 to 2 times a week to maintain the supplement of nutrients to the root tips. We at Mayraki, have always find ways to improve not only our products but also our customer service, logistics, etc. Regards, Mayraki Team

Order #10082671: 6th generation Keratin treatment
Ref: Mayraki Keratin Instant Smoother System , Order directly from Mayraki web page, #10082671 on July mid-year promotion I ordered the product because 5th generation gave the best result and impressive. I use it recently because my 5th generation product was ran out. This 6th generation keratin treatment is awful. I follow the instruction. It straighten the hair after using flat iron. But Hair texture become dull, dry, frizzing and sticky each other and not glossy at all. My hair texture is worsen and feel insecure to leave 48 hours without rinsing. I do not recommend this 6th generation Keratin treatment. The company need to review the product quality. When I went through 6th generation Keratin Treatment in Mayraki web page, I found out that the bottle and Direction of use are totally different what I received from Mayraki. The company need to take responsibility even though the return policy. Do not just say sorry!!!!!

This product was an epic fail
This product was an epic fail . I followed the instructions to a tee right down to how much yo use for my length hair. Left it on for an hour , and i couldn't even get a comb through my hair to blow dry it . It was incredibly sticky and gummy impossible to work with . You cannot get a refund .. your hair can fall out and if you even opened the bottle you are stuck with it .

Waste of money, dont buy
I ordered the grey hair treatment and I’ve been using it daily for two months. There has been no change to my hair at all. Still the same grey hairs. No bad effects, just not at all effective. I also purchased the keratin treatment (unfortunately two bottles at once). It hasn’t done much for my hair at all except change the color. My hair is now lighter, but no less frizzy.
Response from MayrakiNov 20, 2022
Hi, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you see no changes in your grey hair. We would like to share this information with you. The anti grey hair restore treatment should be used 2 times a day for it to work and there should be enough treatment to be applied to really work. And another reason is you were using the keratin treatment. The anti grey restore treatment won't work if you have done the keratin treatment too. The keratin treatment creates a protective film on your hair that it is hard for the anti grey treatment to penetrate. Again, we are sorry to hear that it did not work for you. We at Mayraki have always aimed to develop and improve our product, our customer service, logistics, etc. Regards, Mayraki Team
