I started using this product but there is something weird about the smell, it doesn’t smell to something natural, I contacted the company and this was their reply “ The refreshing clean scent of plants, trees, and greeneries. It is not a flowery smell, just light, fresh and clean.” Not sure if that answered my question I asked about the smell, it smells like the developer you add to a hair dye, I think I won’t use this product anymore, I like how it has been changing the colour but I have this feeling that there is stuff in it that isn’t natural. It has hydroxythycellulose that can be harmful to health. I feel like a wasted £50 the only thing I got from it was the free towel that they sent, it is really good.

Tried this product in the hope of reducing grey/white hair. Unfortunately does not suit my hair type. Started staining my scalp and darkened my hair. Also made it feel very heavy & sticky. I’m a dark blonde / Mousey brown so perhaps it’s better suited to darker hair types

I was so excited to get my restore I started using it about 5 months ago was a liquid brown in colr worked well for about 3 months now makes my head itch and burn every time I use it and gives me dandruff also is a gel now instead of a liquid which is fine but I'm not sure why the reaction after a few months of working well. mabey I could get some feed back on what to do others products in this company seem to work im at a loss.

I am still waiting for it to get shipped. Now it has been 10 days that I placed the order. They still didn’t ship it. They told me it takes only 24-48 hrs to process now it’s been 10 days.

Okey originally I put the review that this a scam as I did not receive my product after good 3 months and it was very hard to communicate to the support. After posting this message then suddenly I got their attention and I receive the product within few days! Now that I used the product , I am happy with my purchase but I warn you if you have problem, their support is very bad and very slow. That is why I reviewed my post and give them 3 rather than zero. Below is my previous review :-) "This is a scam. I have ordered and paid back in 18 of September Order #10026368 Now in November, nothing has been received. the order tracking link shows the item is still not received by Royal mail and it is on its way to Royal Mail (it has been like that since beginning). The support is too slow and once the answer their answer is not useful and very few and far in between and all the say is "Let us look at situation" and then they disappear again and nothing happening. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED "
