Went to return the item that I thought would work for me but it didn't so I washed it since I only wore it once and I told this lady (a little heavierset) and she said it's not the right package it came in that I wore it even though I had the receipt with me. I thought that's sad to throw away a wasted product that doesn't even work. You'd think anymore people will work with you but is all about money, not their condition.

I ordered the anti grey and to be on safe side I completed an allergy test patch. I know I’m allergic to PPD, which it says it is not in the product so I thought everything would be fine. Giving it boasts natural ingredients and vegan. Well I had a severe allergic reaction, thankfully I only tested a small dot size behind ear, dread to think what would have happened if I put it all on my head. I’m vegan and so I use a lot of make up and skin care which is either plant based or vegan. So a reaction was not what I was expecting. Shame I would have liked this to work. I had so many free sachets of the other products but I’m scared to use them now. You should advertise to people to do a test patch first

However, there are cases that are out of our control which in this situation is the severe allergic reaction. Our products are made 100% from natural ingredients, but we still strongly suggest our customers test a small amount of treatment behind their ears, to prompt pollen-allergic skin. When this happens we advise the discontinue use of the product. We are really sorry that you have had to deal with this and we would definitely want to make this situation correct for you. I once had Mayraki bottle.. started nicely but started causing rashes and itchy always. I even asked for a refund but didn't get. I need anti grey that really works Majority don't work

I used this for an extended period to see if it was just taking long, but after using for 6 months, I can safely say it is not working for me. The majority of the hair remained grey and so I still had to be dyeing the hair. The advantage is when I was using it at the beginning every day, I had no dandruff problems. And it helped thicken the hair. Other than that, it stains badly. I would be happy to take the staining if it worked, but sadly it didn't. I really tried to get it to work.

It does not color the same as original hair color. Also, it stains anything it touches for more than 5 minutes like towels and pillowcase.

Furthermore, we would like to share more information regarding the product. The anti-gray hair color restoring treatment restores the hair's natural hair color without the use of dye and pigments. Initially, you have to use it twice a day, for 3 to 4 weeks to achieve desired results. Once you have achieve the results, we highly recommend that you use it at least 1 to 2 times a week to maintain the results. The anti-gray treatment has its original color from herbal extract instead of transparent form. It’s just liked what we have got on our hands after flower arrangements or some gardening works. We suggest that you use gloves to avoid stains and to blow dry your hair to avoid stains that your hair may come in contact with after applying. Every brand has products that got unhappy customers, but in Mayraki we consistently do our best to improve on the product, formula, logistics, customer service, etc. Apologize for the experience that you have with us, we are always open to listen and improve on ourselves. It does not repair the root, it is simply a hair dye, which you have to re-apply twice a week, the difference is that instead of putting the dye all over your hair, you only put it in certain areas. I think that hair in this way suffers less but it is still a hair dye.

Thus, it is not a hair dye. The active ingredients in the anti-gray treatment boosts melanin production at the bulb and helps stimulate the natural pigmentation of hair during regrowth. The hair is then, re-pigmented and restored to its natural color. It also has nourishing properties that moisturizes the hair and make it appear and feel more youthful, shiny, and voluminous.
