Order will never arrive : The are a scam company
I have been waiting for my order for almost 3 months. In the last month they have been copying and paste the same answers: the order in the fulfillment process and will be shipped in the next 2 weeks, excatly like sofia did in my other review here on trusted pilot. Pity that the shipment never happens, they do not inform you, you write them again and they always answer with pre-scripted email that provide zero factual information. This is a scam company and I hope it will fail as soon as possible. Do not buy anything. It is a shame that after 3 months what you can say is " you order has been processed". i care nothing abour processing I only care about it to be shiiped and you know nothing about my order like all the other people who are writing about your bad practices. you should be shamed sofia
