They’re a scam, they tried over n over to convince me to revoke my review from another scam site called Temu. The only reason I got my money back from Temu was bc I paid it on a credit card with personal protections

Stay away from this toxic chemicals, you’ll end up with severe disease, mainly it will affect your mood and penetrate through the scalp to your blood… Stay way from this if you want to be healthy. This are liars on their website showed only natural ingredients and on their products you’ll find the real most toxic ingredients. You can simply feel you head hurting as soon you apply their strong toxic chemicals in your head. Don’t waste your health and your money.

I ordered the wrong product, so i requested a refund, and they asked for a photo of it which i did, and they haven't replied since. No doubt they'll reply to this review pretending to be all helpful but their whole business is clearly a scam

I purchased two products in October 2022 that never arrived. I contacted them via Instagram. They gave me a tracking number that advised it had been delivered to a Post Office (PO) instead of to my home address. By the time I tracked down the right PO, the items had been sent back. I advised Mayraki and asked for a refund, They refused saying that they didn’t receive the parcel back. I lodged a complaint with PayPal. Mayraki produced a false delivery note. PayPal fell for it and did not uphold my complaint. I then contacted the PO who sent me evidence that they had returned the items. I sent the evidence to Mayraki who said that their compliance department did not advise them of the return. They asked me if I still wanted the items or a refund. I said a refund. No answer. I asked them when they were going to refund me. No answer. So I lodged a complaint with my credit card company and sent them all my evidence. I advised Mayraki. They begged me to drop the complaint with my credit card company. I said no as I didn’t trust them, My credit card company got my money back from them. They now have 48 days to appeal. I wonder if they dare. From the reviews, I think I dodged a bullet by not receiving the goods. Probably would have destroyed my sensitive hair and scalp. This company is disgusting. They are liars and thieves. Never again. Thank goodness for my credit card company. I stand by everything I said, despite the response. Note how the response does not mention how they disputed my PayPal claim? Note how they don’t mention that they did not respond to my request for a refund after I sent evidence of the return? Note how they didn’t mention that my credit card company got back my money from them? Look at all the reviews and be warned. None of us have reason to lie.

Use this anti grey hair 2 bottles nothing , just bad smells, pillows every morning dirty, don’t change nothing on the hair nothing at all, just have more feet from when I’m using, waiting for refaund oreder #22447

Ordered the keratin treatment and i live in malaysia. Paid and item was sent to canada. Horrible customer service where they dont respond to you for days until you keep emailing them asking where is your product and finally they reached out stating the item was delivered but it was delivered to the wrong address. So unprofessional. My order number is Order Confirmation (#10104033).
