Should have read the review before purchasing the cap! Absolute wase of money. Found a crack on the casing when received and stopped charging after 3 months. The customer service did not even try to help solve my problem. I don't understand the poor quality considering the price

I ordered HairMax when it went on sale in October of this year- from Nordstrom, a well-known and respected department store. I loved it and it was so easy to use. It is now 2 months and 2 days later and it won't charge. I've tried charging in the cradle and charging directly. Neither works. I will be calling Nordstrom tomorrow to see if I can return it, but I'm not hopeful that after 2 months they will accept a return. It was a huge splurge for me since I'm retired and on a very limited income. I rarely spend money on myself. I'm very discouraged. If I'm unable to return this I doubt I'll buy a HairMax item or I'll buy from Nordstrom in the future.

I received a hair max comb from the manufacturer with a very long shipping delay, then upon receiving it, it was in less than NEW condition, in fact beyond what a used device might look like, very bad. I called customer service right away and talked to a very friendly representative and described my experience with the purchase and delivery, and I might add since I bought from the manufacturer direct I paid MORE than I might have from many other sellers of high reputation. I brought this to the attention of the representative who said, “yes, but you will get better customer service with us”. The representative then went on to offer me NO resolution to my over purchase of the less than new device, and told me sorry and have a happy holiday. I did not post a review on the manufacturers web site because they would not allow it, so I plan on posting many reviews on social media and review web sites and which is a no brainer, dispute the transaction on my credit card.

Device did not look brand new and poor quality. Scuff marks on casing under the cap and the battery. After seeing problem with charging the battery for few times, it stopped working within 5 months. I believe they sold me one of their returned devices from a different customer.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND ALL OF THE SO CALLED PERSONAL ASSISTANTS THAT HELP YOU. MY PRODUCT DIDN'T WORK AND THIS WHOLE THINGBIS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY & TELL OTHERS ABOUT THIS SCAM!

The device looks good, It is easy to use but....IT doesn't make any difference! I used it 3 times a week as instructed for over 8 months with absolute no change.

TOTAL SCAM DON'T BE STUPID AND BUY THIS

It doesn’t help to retain or regrow hair. Also doesn’t hold charge. Have to remember to keep charging it. Poor quality for the amount it costs. I am 27 years old, female with pattern hair loss/androgenetic alopecia. Will be trying minoxidil again once more, but at a lower dose and without propylene glycol to hopefully stop the horrendous itching that made me discontinue its use the first time around.
