I have bought Hairmax band for about 3 weeks and their customer service has been amazing with any questions I have asked.

I've been using the Hairmax Laser Band for 16 weeks. It is easy to use and in looking at my before and after pictures, it looks like I'm receiving positive results!

I was happy to finally find a product which was successful. My friend recommended the Hairmax to me after using it for many years and she just reordered another one. She had the Hairmax 80 and a full head of hair. I called to order and Emily helped me. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She introduced me to the Hairmax 82 and I ordered it. It is sooo simply to use and I am lookin forward to the next 3-4 months for my results. I feel very confident. I used other well know treatments in the past3 years but I certainly did not have the results that I know I will have with this. I also told my friend to look into this one instead of the one she has (it takes 15 minutes twice a day for 3 times a week). Mine only takes 90 seconds once a day for 3 days a week. Emily explained everything to me and I am happy. You also have a return warranty which I do not plan on using. Thank you again.

I have been using the Laserband 82 and Hairmax haircare for about 3 years and love it. The laser is very easy to use, I laser every other day while brushing my teeth and getting ready, The shampoo and conditioner smell great, and keep my hair very soft and easy to style. I will state that I have great hair, especially in my late 50's and would not go without my ongoing laser treatments with their hair care. Thank you Hairmax

Customer Service is amazing. Within 2 hours, I received an answer to how to use the Accelerator 8 with minoxidil. I sure wasn’t expecting it that soon. Also the serum smells great and my hair isn’t full of static now. The shampoo and conditioner make my hair clean, tangle free and seem fuller as well as more manageable. I have what the beauticians call hair like corn silk so this is huge.
