I received the most exceptional customer service from the representative Andrea! She was an absolute pleasure & delight to speak & deal with!! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, & thorough!!! She also connected with me as a consumer & person. I genuinely appreciate the time she gave, to answer all my questions & properly educate me. Getting to speak with a LIVE representative was extremely important & valuable to me! There's no way that AI (Ai) could have given me the same experience & outcome I had with Andrea!! Carlos, in Hairmax Customer Service, has been very professional, patient, caring, informative and helpful in assisting me in finding a resolution to a problem arising from a technical failure of the controller of my Laser Cap. What Carlos and I had thought would be a straightforward extended warranty resolution …has become a bit complicated. Carlos has gone above and beyond to help me work through the problems that have arisen … guiding me through the various steps. Unfortunately we are still waiting to hear from the extended warranty company … but, with Carlos’s help, I am hopeful everything can be resolved and the purchase of my new Hairmax Lum completed within a matter of days.

Great customer service is the pinnacle of doing business with a company in my opinion. I had an excellent experience with the company Hairmax. Purchase another hairmax cap, and they offer excellent service. One thing I would recommend is that you invest on the extended warranty. Under alot of stress in my life and my hair is falling out. Thank you hairmax for your assistance on solving my problem.
