Package had no custom paperwork, was held at customs
The website has insufficient information about import charges and custom fees. The package was shipped with zero customs information so it sat at customs for a long time before being released. The company does not make it easy to purchase its products from abroad at all. Incidentally I ended up paying over 100USD to import the product into the EU.
