My first order was positive but the second order looked nothing like the photos or wigs in the reviews. Customer service kept denying it saying it was the same wig etc which was a huge lie. The hair looked worn out already and was different colors with a lot of gray hairs as well. I will not make another purchase again. Paypal took 2months to get back to me after disputing the case and they favored the company because I did not return the wig. I wasn't paying for shipping costs plus customs. It would have been more of a loss on my end especially when they weren't offering a refund, just $20 off a new purchase after paying $130 for that bs.

Terrible quality hair. Lasted less then 4 weeks. I toned it once with salon products as I'm a hair stylist. I use the best shampoos and styling products (unite, verd, chi) and this is the worst hair I have ever had. They will not give me a refund. They just offer me a discount when they say their hair is Remy and there is no way it is. It crawls up and matts. It looks terrible. I've had to cut 8 inches off just to make it workable. This was an absolute waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY from this company. The first time I did was 2 years ago and that hair looks better then the new batch.
