Girls I'm alittle older then most of you,I have been to many vendors,this hair was horrible,it said it could be colored,lied,I had gotten a wavy lace,when it was wet it didn't go back that way,it went straight,I tried to curl it,it burned the ends badly,I just wanted my money back,I was told I should have gotten a deeper wavy lace,dont depend on pay pal to help they didn't,I have not yelped them yet,but please be careful getting any hair from this "so called company",and when they say (don't understand friend)watch out girls,no one here has money to just throw.away its really sad because people could do the four payments,lace comes on the first payment,what if the rest wasn't paid,they would lose a lot of money....I'm just saying.

I placed an order with them before New Years for a wig and received it in the mail about 2 weeks later. Once I received the wig, the cap was extremely small and the hair was thin in the middle. I emailed them and told them that the cap was too small and I needed to return the wig. Keep in mind, I had done NOTHING to the wig. At first, they didn’t want me to return it for a refund. They offered me another wig with a bigger cap size and a larger density hair. I declined , and asked for the return address so that I could get a refund. They sent me an address in Maspeth, New York and told me to send the package there and address it to someone named Tony. Once I sent the package back, they said they would contact me for a refund. Once USPS notified me that the package was delivered, I emailed hairinbeauty and told them. They said “it’s a weekend so we will wait until Monday”. Monday came and I emailed again, they said “We contacted the warehouse and now we are waiting on someone to get in contact with us”. That’s went on for 5 days. They emailed me today saying “The warehouse is busy processing orders”. I am FED UP! Needless to say, I’m reporting them to the bank for fraud. There is no way in the world that they should be still trying to figure out if someone received my package that was delivered two weeks ago. I am also reporting to the better business bureau. NEVER order from this company! They are scammers!

This company is scamming ppl. I order 18in the sent me 12in. the worst Customer service and they scammed me out of money

Scammers!! Its 2 weeks and i havent recieved my order.Track number is bogus too.

I had ordered from hairinbeauty last year December of 2019.The lady maggie was on point with everything ! Sent the tracking number on time and everything and i recieved my hair within 3 days && it was fabulous. NOW i had reordered and it was the worst experience ever. Never revieved tracking within 7 days, replied like every other day! I shouldve known from the first message they sent it wasnt legit

I was ordering on my first wig site however when making payment it converted to hairinbeauty and delivered an item i did not order I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING FROM MY FIRST WIG BUT WHEN YOU PUT IN YOUR CARD DETAILS THE SITE CONVERTS TO HAIRINBEAUTY.COM WHICH I BELIEVE IS ANOTHER COMPANY. The hair i received was not what i ordered it was thin ,weft showing at the crown and wispy i ordered 20 inches i hot 12 inches. I asked for a refund and for the return address to be provided. Maggie from the site either my first wig or the site it converts to which is hairinbeauty would not provide the return address and instead kept repeating am i sure as it would cost me a lot of money to return. This has been reported to my bank in the fraud department and the are investigating. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Please do not buy from this company the hair quality sucks...
