Everything was great until I opened up the packaging and the shampoo had leaked out (not a whole lot but still was messy) and one of the hair sprays shipped without a nozzle on it! I'm glad I ordered three so I can reuse on the last one standing. I'm not asking for anything I just thought you should know. Thank you for listening!!

I was able to find my Nionex product in an obscure size on this site but I didn’t know when to expect it to arrive. Got exactly what I wanted and will be a return customer.

I was very pleased that you carried a product I was having trouble finding (Kerastasse Ole-6 Elixir for hair). The price was great, too. My only hiccup was some difficulty entering order information to edit my billing address. The system booted me out and I had to re enter the information, except for the cart which remained intact.

Dear buyer, We are sorry the products you received were not what you were looking for, we are very careful to ship all products exactly as ordered. After double checking the order I see that we shipped the product as ordered. We will be happy to help you with a return, and issue a full refund to you. Thank you,

I first found my way to your site and thrilled to find Focus 21 sea plasma. I haven't been able to purchase any because there is nothing in stock.
