The service was fine but product is not what it used to be! Leaves my hair sticky and straw like. Not smooth and shiny. Soooo disappointed

Amateurs and can not be trusted. Do not buy from them. After weeks of waiting for my product, I receive a mail saying that the product was returned to them because I did not provide a street number. What a joke. I buy hundreds of time on the internet and I know how to write my address. So either they are dishonest and can not deliver and come up with crappy excuses or they have issues with their logistics. Oh and despite having provided my address again weeks ago...still no product. Worse company to deal with ever. Do not buy from them, how ever attractive the price is.

Dear Buyer, Please be assured that we always stand behind our products, the date on this particular shampoo bottle is the manufacturing date not an expiration date. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further question.
