My order was returned to them and they didn’t cancel the order as I requested and they didn’t refund my payment. My address was incomplete for the package to be delivered. When you call they don’t answer the phone all you can do is leave a message.

the product I ordered didn't seem to be…
the product I ordered didn't seem to be authentic. The hair product smelled like alcohol instead of the pleasant smell of the product I typically buy.

bought shampoo and conditioner
bought shampoo and conditioner. both plungers were broken and packaging was bad so I had leaks in package. would not respond to emails or phone calls.

Wrong product shipped and error still not corrected.
I ordered one product - conditioner. I received shampoo instead. I followed the instructions to notify the company by email of the error, and I still have not received a reply or the correct shipment.

I ordered 2 large bottles of shampoo…
I ordered 2 large bottles of shampoo and 2 large bottles of conditioner from this company. When I received my box, it was soaked with the biggest mess I had to clean up. The lid was off of one of the shampoo's and when I called to tell them, the girl had the NERVE to ask me to return the bottle with what was left in it!! REALLY!! IT WAS EMPTY! Are you kidding me! VERY RUDE!! They did finally send me a replacement for my shampoo!
