I ordered caveman bars
The 2 boxes of caveman bars I ordered seemed old, although they weren't past the expiration date, which is coming up soon, the packaging was different ( the old packaging they used too use), and they were slightly stale. I'm eating them, but my wife won't eat them.

Shipping Methods
When you give a customer free shipping based on the amount of money they spent with your company the product should not be shipping on a slow boat from China. No one wants to receive they product 10 days after placing their order. That is ridiculous!

Hi Cheryl, I see that this order was placed just last week, and it was shipped within 1 business day by UPS. We are based in Brooklyn, NY, and all of our products ship directly from here. Since it is being transported across the country, this can take around 5 business days. We also had a holiday and inclement weather this week, but despite that, the tracking shows with the expected delivery date of today or tomorrow. The free shipping service on our website includes standard ground shipping, and we have an expedited option available for an additional cost. not the right product
ordered Jergens Express Medium-to-Tan which comes in a brown container. I got Jergens Express Medium (only) in a yellow container. they are definitely different products. My order conf said "Medium to Tan" and I have several bottles at home - so it does exist. (or did)

Old or fake?? Either way, it's getting returned
I purchased ColorProof shampoo and conditioner from haircareandbeauty.com. ColorProof actually prohibits their products from being sold by anyone else online. It is normally only purchased through the company in Italy, or at a salon. I tried my products this morning, and the shampoo doesn't have the same smell as my last one that I purchased from my hair stylist. Usually it smells like Thanksgiving/Christmas (spices), but it smelled off. My guess is that it is either old, or tampered with. The company assured me that it is authentic. They said the same thing to another person who had this same problem with a different brand. Either way, I'm returning them and having my stylist purchase them from the company to be sure I get a fresh, new product that smells delicious like my old bottle did!

Bottles poorly taped and leaked all over!!!
I love Davines hair products and was happy to see this company offer Davines. MOST products were out of stock. I decided on a whim to give HairCareAndBeauty.com a try. I placed an order for 3 items. The package arrived in a timely manner but was so poorly packaged. The lids had tape wrapped around them as if they had no seal. The shampoo and conditioner were everywhere coating the inside of the box. I now only received half the amount I purchased because of poor packaging. So.. this is NOT a good deal in the long run. After this experience I won't be ordering a 2nd time.

Not Happy... Product was not completely full.
Two products were fine. However, I ordered 2 additional products of the same item and both were unsatisfactory. The first bottle had a broken cap and was leaking everywhere. The second bottle shipped fine, but was missing 25% of the product. It appears this item had already been used. Not happy.

Disappointed re: Shipping
I was very happy to locate the Back to Basics Green Tea Reparative Conditioning Balm at HairCareAndBeauty. However, the company did not have the seven tubes which I ordered and only had six available. Consequently, I was 3 or 4 cents short of the $30 minimum to receive free shipping. I did not feel this was fair as if my request for seven would have been possible I would have been well over the $30 to receive free shipping. This was very disappointing to me as a new customer.

As I'm sure you know, discontinued items are hard to come by, and as a store specializing in discontinued beauty products, we often have very limited quantities of items available. We work hard to price our items as low as possible, and we never meant to cause any further hardship because of our low prices. I can understand the frustration of being a few cents short for free shipping. When we are notified about situations like these, we usually can waive the shipping fee over the phone or raise the item price by a few cents to allow free shipping. In this case, we were never notified about your needs and therefore never had the opportunity to help you. If this ever happens in the future, please don't hesitate to give us a call or send an email. We're here to help! For now, I'm actually going to check to see if we possibly have one or two more pieces of this product available.
