I was looking for a discontinued Biolage Leave in Tonic...thats NOT the Hydrotherapy. You showed a picture of it...I didn't see Hrydrotherapy anywhere on the pic. (Hydrotherapy leaves my hair feeling greasy and tacky). So thinking I was getting what my heart desired and I cant live without...I orderd 3!!! And ended up getting 3 bottles of Hydrotherapy. So yeah...thanks for that. 3 bottles of crop I cant use.

I never received the products I ordered

The conditioner that I purchased was liquid when it arrived, I thought it was shampoo when it came out. I was very unhappy, but with Covid, I wasn't going to send it back. I ordered my Conditioner from another place.

Product I received was smelly and disgusting. Definitely old stock. I did email and my money was refunded immediately, but clearly, there is no quality control. I could smell the spoiled product once I opened the package. No way they couldn’t have smelled it while packing it.

Haven't received the hairspray and shampoo that I ordered.

My product arrived open & leaked all over the box

I did not receive my order. As a first time customer I was disappointed that no replacement was offered.
