I found the the website, delivery time of product and product itself to be awesome, BUT THERE WAS NOBODY AVAILABLE when I called, nor was there anyone there to forward me a key code so I could set up an account. I felt sure that I was scammed. If I was HairCareAndBeauty I would put someone in their office.

I'm not sure how it was possible, due to how well packed it was, but my conditioner arrived with the lid cracked and the conditioner hardened on top. I wonder if it was cracked when they packed it.... But that seems really unlikely. I don't know what happened...

I was under the assumption when I paid $18.99 to receive my product within 1-3 days that's what I understood that I would get. So I called when after 5 days I hadn't received it and left message. Sara called me back couple days later and explained weekends and holidays, which I have always known that delivery drivers work during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Anyway she refunded the $18.99. I just told her that if it was going to take that long I would have done regular delivery at no charge. I received my Big Sexy flat iron and love it.

Service was exceptional, but the 2nd time I used the hairspray, the pump no longer worked. I purchased 3 and so I am on my 2nd spray. this was always my favorite hairspray and so excited when I found it, but to have it and it not work is kind of like not having it at all.

In regards to the Redken masque for dry/brittle hair, you have you to A LOT of the product to cover medium length hair and it is a very weird texture that doesn't take well and "stick" to the hair for the 5-10 minutes recommended per the instructions. Once I washed the masque out with very cold water, my hair felt like it had not been conditioned at all. Very disappointing. The Redken cleanser I received as well however, I hear GREAT reviews about on a YouTube vlog and finally decided to try it out. This product I am VERY pleased with! It leaves your hair feeling very squeeky clean (love that feeling!)

I ordered CHI spray guard- one bottle the cap was broken, and others looked slightly old. Other than that- it came quickly and was a good price.

I bought a product that is a highly rated product from HairCareAndBeauty.com that was defective. The customer service rep told me I could return the product. The package did not have an invoice, or a return label. The rep assured me that they always send a an invoice. I did not receive one. I had my hairdresser along with 4 others test the product who also said it was defective. It may have been sitting for a long time or opened and tampered with. Whatever happened is not the issue. The issue is the customer service rep should have offered a return label, and she did not. I will never buy from HairCareAndBeauty.com again. I will also let the 21,000 employees I work with know not to buy from this company. Thank you.

Has products I like to use at a great price. Order received in two days! My first order, however, is missing 1 product I ordered and paid for. Contacting them through the email my receipt was sent from did not work. Let phone message yesterday, waiting for response. I'm sure this will all work out.
