I gave this review two stars because I was glad that the website had a shade of nail polish that I have specifically been looking for. However, I ordered a nail polish off this website, and got a confirmation email that said it would send me another e-mail when it ships out. I tried to log in 2 days ago to check the status of my order, since I hadn't received the shipment e-mail. It wouldn't let me log in to the website, so I clicked "forgot my password" and tried to have an e-mail sent to me so that I could fix it. It said that "if there was an account associated with that e-mail that they would send me a password reset." I did that same link twice, and never got the e-mail. (I know it was the right e-mail because I received the order confirmation, and then the e-mail to leave a review.) It said that my item would be delivered within 2-10 days, it has been 7 and I haven't received the e-mail to let me know its even been shipped. I am a little disappointed as this was supposed to be part of a Christmas gift. I did find a number online to contact them, but no one picked up, got a recording. Not really sure what to do next, this is my first time ordering from this website and saw great reviews before I did. However, my frustration is making me second guess ordering from this website again.

I ordered 3 bottles of shampoo and conditioner. I was disappointed when the shampoo arrived with approximately 2 oz of product missing. In addition, one bottle of shampoo is very thin and pale. It appears that the product has been watered down.

Ended up puchasing a little more so I could get free shipping and then they didn't give correct postage to the postal service so I had to run to my local post office and pay them for the package.

The Good News: I purchased Back to Basics hair products to include Wild Berry Shampoo and 3 Conditioners and also Raspberry Almond Shampoo and one conditioner. The order process was smooth and the delivery was quick. The Bad News: The Wild Berry Shampoo was fine and a full bottle, the 3 bottles of this conditioner bottle were not full. The Raspebery Almond Shampoo appeared to have been watered down, unlike the Wild Berry and the one bottle of this conditioner was, also, not full. So, bottom line... although the service was fine, I question the quality/quantity of the products purchased so I may not purchase here again.

I really cannot write a review because I never received my product I had ordered. I was disappointed. If John Freida isn't selling it any longer it shouldn't have been on the web site.
