I ordered 7 Wella Flowing Form Smoothing Balms 3.38 oz 4 of the 7 were defective & not pumping out any product.

I have used this product for MANY years. The Matrix Biolage styling Gelee I I received was very watered down. I do not believe it could be called a Gel.

items came with tape over the top of the bottle, does not smell the way the product I ordered is supposed to smell- I think I was given a cheap imposter and charged for the costlier name brand? No one will respond to my emails regarding returns. Will NOT buy here again. That's what I get for trying to save some money? Never again.

I was sent the wrong items

You sent me 6 bottles of the wrong product. I ordered MATRIX AMPLIFY THICK LIFT LIQUID VOLUMIZER. YOU SENT ME ROOT LIFT Very disappointed

I order a Sebastian Cellophanes from here, and were fake. I order another color in a different resource and the texture were different. I used the each on different people and the one from this resource was literally water, and did everything correct and didn't work out at all.

The shampoo and conditioner sets I ordered are old products. The smell is off, the consistency isn't right and you have to use more than you normally would. I would imagine it doesnt clean or condition your hair like it should because it is old stuff.

One of the tubes was more than half empty. It looks like it leaked during transport. I am really disappointed since I paid $40 a tube.
