Quick ship, good price and good product

I ordered 2 bottles of Bed Head Foxy Curls Contour Cream which is a white gel. The product I received from HairCareAndBeauty is brownish instead of white as usual in both bottles. It made me suspect that the product in the bottle was not what it was supposed to be, and also made me afraid to use it on my hair. I contacted TIGI the manufacturer of Bed Head and they pointed out to me that the product was expired. Not just a little expired, but WAY expired. One bottle expiration was 08-30-12(2012 which is almost 6 years expired!) and the other 01-14-14(2014). Hair care and beauty issued me a refund but I will not being buying from them again.They have lost my trust.

Sarah seems to be in a hurry to put in the order , and jump to the next call , i asked her if she was the owner, to which she responded What's the difference? to that i replied we'll if you are not the owner! then you are getting paid by the hour no need to rush, or at lest say when the items that are sold out , will be available to purchase, other then they come when they come LOL. Great Answer !!!!!!!!

I received the wrong product and sent a friendly, unassuming email to let the company know about it. There has been no reply from the support team. However, the shipment arrived VERY quickly; too bad it wasn't what I ordered. Mistakes happen, but since I had never heard of this company, I began to think that I might have been ripped off by a fly-by-night operation. The fact that I have been asked to write a review tells me that they are most-likely reputable. I assume that I will be contacted now; hopefully with a quick resolution. It's now 5 days later, and still no response from the company after several attempts to resolve this matter. I guess I have wasted my money. Following day: I received a call from customer service today. I was credited a 20% refund ($8) to compensate for this issue. I agreed to change my feedback and so I raise the rating to 3 stars. In the end, this purchase was a lot of effort.

Does not do the work as described. not worth the price.

The redken product I received was old. The bottle on the outside was dirty and the product on the inside was cloudy and had some bacteria looking substance float inside of it. I would of returned it but wasn't worth paying shipping to send it back . I will not reorder from this company.

All the bottles were leaking upon arrival. The tape used to secure the lids did not work.
