I never got my delivery and they haven’t replied to my email other than letting me know the tracker said it was delivered (I’ve emailed 3 times)

I love this product but the last 4 cans I bought from either eBay or Amazon have defective spray nozzles. They work a few times and now I'm stuck with another can of spray that I cannot use. I contacted TIGI the makers of Bedhead products and they told me the Spoil Me defrizzer was discontinued 2 years ago. They also suggested I return the product for a refund as I may have gotten an expired lot. Not sure where to go from here since I threw away my receipts and packaging not knowing I would get another bad can. Extremely disappointed now that I read the reviews and see the spray nozzle not working is a common problem that I'm sure you've had complaints about yet you still sell it.

I purchased Redkin Blonde Idol shampoo. Very disappointed. It is not the product I used to buy in stores. Very thin consistency, Watery, No lather. Will not be using. Hopefully I can return it….
