It's all good to me. It's got everything i need at one place and the prices vary but I guess it's ok. I'd definitely recommend

One bottle leaked and only 1/3 product was left in the bottle. All other bottles were covered in the leakage. Also, the top covers were taped on with scotch tape which did not adhere. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience! Edit: follow up customer service was great and I received a refund for the damaged bottle.

They offer a wide selection of hair and beauty products at competitive prices and their team was responsive to my questions and concerns, and they also made sure that I was able to complete my order successfully.

I've been using the product for some time and I love it. However, it would have been nice to have received some correspondence from you after I ordered. I received nothing and I knew nothing regarding the delivery.

The customer service experience was great. I did have an issue with the product I ordered I've used the product for years and it was not the same quality. That being said, the company made everything right by sending me a return label as well as processing a quick refund. Because of the great customer service I would use the company again.

I wish I could give 5 starts and I would my only problem is the way the shampoo & conditioner came packaged In a large flimsy fedx bubble envelope causing the conditioner bottle to be damaged losing a large amount of the product.
