Well if this is the company I purchased shampoo and conditioner from I paid for rush delivery and didn't receive it for 15 days.

Ordered medium toothbrushes got soft. The whole reason I purchased was for these.

Great service , great prices, great variety of Products.

I wrote an email saying one of my bottles of shampoo leaked all over during shipping Never heard back. Love the shampoo. Diane Roth

When I opened the shampoo the consistency was runny compared to what I'm used to with this product and the bottle wasn't completely full. The conditioner seemed okay but because of the shampoo I decided I didn't trust that it was the real product. I emailed and received a response right away with an apology and a prepaid return label. Great customer service! Bummer because I didn't feel like it was the real product and had to buy locally at full price because I was out.

The product i ordered was a gift and i received an old box with wrapping plastic cut at the top very disappointed especially because it was not inexpensive.

They were good in mailing the product however the mark Up on it is a Scalping. When The product was being sold in the beauty parlors they were $16 now I had to pay over double that price. However, this is America and this is how we live here, we Take advantage of one another in order to feed our own. Over All, I'm happy I was able to get the product.

I finally got the the product after almost a month. While I'm absolutely thrilled about the product, I think their logistics need to be worked out.
