Was in email notifications for product interested in and was emailed after a month. I put 2 large shampoo in cart then processed the transaction Did not receive confirmation so I tried again following the same steps. Again no confirmation. I did not try again Next day I was emailed about items in my cart so I looked at site and yes the 2 items were there. I did nothi.g about it. Three days later 2 packages arrive each with 2 bottles of what I attempted to order (only wanted 2). Have 4 large bottles and still receive emails about my cart. Not pleased with the ordering process.

It’s been over 2 weeks since I placed an order but I still didnt receive my package. Called CS and was told they would check with USPS and would give me an update but they didnt. The CS rep wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem to care much about customer experience. It was my first order and will certianly be my last.

Ordered two bottles of Focus 21 Sea Plasma shampoo. It was sent in a soft side plastic bag with little protection, and one of the bottles developed a small hole, letting the shampoo fill the bag, and make a heck of a mess, and losing at least half the contents. Whe I notified customer service, they offered to refund HALF the cost of one bottle! After some "discussion", they refunded the cost of one bottle. Never was I offered the option of having a replacement bottle sent to me. I

Time to shipping commitment of 1 days vs the number of days it took vs tracking information etc were all extremely poor.

I have no problem with the product. My order was shipped with less than I paid for. The packing slip was hand-corrected from a 2 to a 1. No communication, no refund. I had to write for the refund. Got a lame explanation, no apology.

Dear customer service, I was very disappointed with the Tresemme hair conditioner that I received in the mail , the product was very watery , was dripping on my face , it looks like the conditioner was overly diluted with water to stretch it to save money , won't order anymore from you, I had an old bottle of Tresemme Split Remedy conditioner , when compare with your bottle conditioner , mine was not dripping on my face , it stayed on. My order was accurately filled and came on time. However; when I opened my first bottle of product the lid shattered. I thought maybe it was just that bottle, so opened a second thinking I could use it on the first and that one shattered also. Now I have two bottles with plastic wrap and rubber bands for tops.

Having problems with my order. Says im suspected fraud? So does that mean I can't get my order? I can't cancel my order so I'm really aggravated and upset with this company right now.
