I ordered hair care product that's not available on store shelves. I appreciate that this online vendor has it! I also am delighted with the very fast shipment and delivery. I will return to order more and other items too.

The order arrived yesterday. The box had 2 fewer items than I had ordered. I called the number on the shipping form immediately and left a message. I received a personal call this monring from Lindy. She apologized for the packing error and is sending the missing items to me. I am impressed by the very prompt response to the problem. The price for the product I ordered was excellent. The items were well packaged and the shipment arrived quickly. I will definitely order from the company again in the future!

I clicked send too quickly and forgot to add my discount code. When I reported this, someone immediately made the correction on my charge! Very impressed.

After calling, I received a call-back and was dealt with very politely over the phone. The requested items -- 6 tubes of Matrix "contouring milk" for setting hair -- arrived promptly and in good condition. A+

I placed an order for hair products and when it arrived the bottle had exploded due to the high altitude at which I live. The company immediately sent me a new order and taped the bottle shut so the problem would not repeat. The second shipment arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!
