I placed an order for Nioxin products for a dear friend who has Cancer and is going through radiation treatments. I then decided to add something to the order after I submitted it. So, I sent a message to Customer Service. They promptly and courteously cancelled my order so that I could place a new one and add the additional items. Bravo to them for making that so easy!
