I ordered some Biolage hair products that came in a few days but one of the products was the wrong order. I reached out to Haircare and Beauy and the matter was corrected promptly and with courtesy. I look forward to doing business with this company in the future.

Got most of my order quickly. I had to contact customer service for 2missing items.The items were shipped quickly and I am satisfied with their service.

At first I thought I ordered the wrong product since the one I am used to is thicker (more serum like, not as liquid) but I realized after using it a few times that the most "liquid" part of the product sits on top and once you've gone through that, its texture is similar to what I am used to. Otherwise, fast shipping - and good prices.

Found the "wet" brush for a decent price. Ordered 6 brushes- to stock up and send brushes to relatives' homes too. Package arrived more quickly than expected- got very excited and was impressed - until I opened it I discovered all 6 brushes were crammed into the single small ups express box. Two of the brushes were deformed. The plastic bristles of the brushes were crushed into 90 degree angles. Within a day customer care reached out to me and fully refunded the cost of the damaged items. This swift action demonstrated that my business is appreciated and my satisfaction is valuable. This is a reputable online business.

Thought I researched this price well until I found it the day it was delivered for $15.99 per bottle.
