You sent me the wrong product I went to your website and told you. You did respond back saying you will ship the 2 items I order. That was over a week ago and still no product. But you got my money of $60. I ordered 2 bottles of Bain de terre recovery complex conditioner for fine hair but what I received was 1 bottle of Bain de terre for corse hair. So someone needs to contact me to either refund my money or to tell me you are going to overnight my product that I ordered.

My experience is that I haven't even gotten an email, much less a shipment notice on products I ordered on May 23. I called to inquire and all i get is a recording to leave a message. If you need your products sooner that at least a month, don't order from them. Any other site I have ordered products from has processed and delivered them within a week. If they are not going to send my products I want a refund.

I have used this brand before and I loved it. It instantly made my hair better but I ordered this and it was completely watered down and did not work just awful

I was bumped of the website while making an order, and checked my profile which showed no order, so I place the original order again. My profile only showed one order... Then when I received my order instead of 2 crimping irons in the box, there were 4. And then when I looked on my credit card bill, I was billed for 4 irons as well. Never was I notified of the first order going through.

My shipment went out several days late after prompt payment. I called and emailed no response for days. Then they shipped another week later and no way to track item. Received item no pump tube in bottle to use product, glad I had a workable one of my own. They claimed first shipment lost in mail. That, or original was never shipped to begin with. Extremely poor customer service.
