Ordering from the website was a very smooth process. All options were presented with clear photos and descriptions. I do love my rain scarf, but I do wish it was just a little bit larger. A little bit more material to sit on the shoulder and chin area, with the satin extending further. The rain here in Alaska has begun and the snow is on its way. I don’t have to carry an umbrella walking into work from the parking lot and my hands remain free to carry in my very necessary coffee, breakfast, work bag, and positive attitude. They have a pocket to store the excess strap from sizing. You also get a custom fit everytime. No slipping for falling off here. The sunhats are amazing I got 2 of the su. Hats with the side ventilation which is perfect for me I live in hot humid Florida. I love being able to protect my thin hair from the uv rays. I am white as can be with Irish curls. That means curly underneath and curls and hair that easily turns to frizz. I bought this to take with me to Scotland knowing how rainy it is. I love my Hairbrella. I actually have two and it’s so handy, when my mom comes to visit me I always have a spare ready for her. It keeps my hair intact and rain off my face with the transparent visor. I don’t even need a hood or umbrella when I have my Hairbrella with me.

I have ordered multiple items from Hairbrella. I have loved the products (shower cap and sleep cap) and also their customer service is above par. After I had a small issue with a shower cap and wrote to them months later past the return window asking if I could exchange, they offered to send me a replacement. The responses were rapid, and it was super refreshing to deal with a company that actually understands "customer service" and was communicative, not MIA, like so many other businesses, large and small.
