The swim cap doesnt actually work. Water still gets through. Upon complaining and there being a returns policy in place, I couldnt get hold of customer service. No one got in touch, even after several attempts to contact them via email and socials.

First swim cap never arrived even though it said delivered, said they would replace. Communication stopped, try contacting them, nothing. No response, no refund! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Yvonne
I bought the swim cap and it leaked regardless of what I did and how tight it was. It was over my ears and I had watched a video on proper fit. To return my $39 swim cap, if they decide to accept my return, I have to pay $7.25 return shipping/restocking fee. Super irritating for a product that left my hair totally soaked when I was promised completely dry.

I wish I would have read the reviews for this company before I purchased their product because despite 4 emails regarding a return of their classic swim cap , I have not received a refund - they state that you have 30 days to return the item (which I returned within 2 days of purchase). I got one response from them saying they would reply in one day and that day came and went with no reply. I find this company to be unprofessional with no after care customer service. They are truly a buyer beware company.

I purchased a swim cap for my daughter and the order never went through, so I ordered it again and the order went through. The next day, ai found out that I had two orders. I am trying to return one and it says that I cannot return it because returns go with the order day not 30 after you receive it like other companies. I haven't even opened the package that I want to return and I don't need two.

If I could give a negative review, I would my husband ordered me a Sun hat middle of February said that it had shipped 2 1/2 weeks later still haven’t received it. Reach out to hair umbrella by email and zero response. I messaged them on messenger got a response saying they were apologizing for the misdirected shipping and they would re-shipped me another one that day that was 2 1/2 weeks ago still no product And when I inquired today about where it might be was told that the colour originally ordered was out of stock and they couldn’t ship it and if I wanted to pick another color, they would send it to me enough of the bullshit. I want my money back do not buy.

Hi Becky, We're truly sorry for the experience you've had and completely understand your frustration. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. We sincerely apologize for the shipping delays, the lack of timely communication, and the confusion caused when the original color became unavailable after we had already advised that a replacement would be sent. We understand how disappointing and frustrating that must have been. After seeing your review, we also attempted to reach out to you directly because we genuinely wanted to review your case and make things right. If you haven't had a chance to respond yet, we'd still love the opportunity to help. Please email us at [[email protected]] with your order details, and we'll review your case as a priority. If you've requested a refund, we'll be happy to assist in resolving it as quickly as possible. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly value it, as it helps us improve both our products and the service we provide to our customers.

I ordered on 2nd March, there is no tracking showing and i cannot get an answer to any of my emails. I am inundated with promotions - really annoying. I would not recommend this company. Addition to my review I received this order on 31st March after numerous emails, I received no response at all. Further addition to my review Today 2nd July 2026 I received an email apologising for the lack of response.

I have had the worst experience. If I could do a negative star would do so. First they said my product would arrive at a certain date. It did not way past 2 date changes. They assured me it would come. They had no clue. A month later it did not show up. They said I would get a refund. Then I received it. I called them to send it back. They assured me I would get a full refund. Now they are charging me a restocking fee
