I purchased a few products for my daughters, and we are in love. The shower and night caps are quiet and comfortable. They work well and keep our protective hairstyles longer. The swim caps took a bit of adjusting to, but once you follow the instructions, they work well. And to top it off, customer service is top-tier. They are super responsive and very helpful.

I got the wide brim hat and absolutely love it! It’ll provide a lot of shade and the XL allows me to keep in my braids and the hat not be too tight around my forehead like my other hats were. Great product!

I have both the satin sleep cap and shower cap. I love the sleep cap because it doesn’t slide off during the night like other caps. Also, the shower cap keeps my hair dry as promised.

I am starting to swim again as an adult and I wanted a swim cap to protect my thin, curly hair. I definitely didn’t want to use the kind I grew up with (basically a balloon, haha) because they hurt! So when I saw the Hairbrella swim caps online, I thought I’d give it a try. I was impressed with how well made it was, but unfortunately I bought the wrong size. (Pro Tip: measure your head!) I contacted Hairbrella via email to see about an exchange for a larger size. I don’t know if I am more impressed with the product or the customer service!! These people are amazing! I was treated with respect and could tell they valued my business and genuinely wanted me to have a positive experience. They send me a prepaid return label, and after I sent a quick picture of the mail receipt, they sent my new cap right away. I literally had it in my hands within 5 days of mailing! Love the product (and the people behind the emails)! Super happy customer, here!
