My 3 daughters and I absolutely love our Hairbrellas! My daughter got out of the pool, dried off, and took off her swim cap — and a lady immediately ran over asking what kind of cap she had on. Her hair was still wrapped, she shook it out, and it was completely dry and flowing! This product is truly a masterpiece. Thank you, Hairbrella!

I have really enjoyed my experience purchasing from Hairbrella. Very personal and addressed all my concerns. I purchased the swim caps and have been very pleased. I had to make some adjustment with properly wearing it but with their help it now works just fine. I have shoulder length locs and swim 3 times a week and their products have been an answer to my prayers!! I would highly recommend.

I ordered a swim cap for my 5yr old granddaughter without realising the kids size is recommended for ages 2-4, I reached out and straightaway I was contacted with a resolution even though it was my mistake they offered me a refund or store credit Without me having to pay the return shipping from the uk. Fantastic customer service very understanding which is rare nowadays would highly recommend this company 😊

The Hairbrella Satin-Lined Waterproof, Adjustable Swim Cap exceeded my expectations and the customer service did too. I ordered the wrong size and they were happy to accommodate me with a return/exchange. It really keeps the water out and is comfortable. The satin lining is gentle on your hair.

I ordered a black infinity rain scarf and shower cap on 10/28/25 and they were marked delivered on 11/3/25. Unfortunately, I did not receive the order (so I thought) and I reached out to customer service. They answered my email immediately and were diligently trying to resolve my order. They even offered to resend the items to make it right for me! Thankfully, my neighbor was holding had my package for me and all was good. The customer service was on point and so are both items I ordered. The quality of the material is top tier just as the quality of customer service.

My new favorite jacket. No need to carry my bags, cup, keys AND umbrella. Best purchase. Customer service was amazing as well. I noticed once I hit applepay the size went back to default small. I replied to the order confirmation and let them know that I needed Large. They were gracious and sent the right size.
