Excellent customer service experience. Items arrived when promised. I purchased the Satin Lined, Waterproof Infinity Rain Scarf specifically the for our family Christmas vacation in NYC. I stayed warm and my curls survived the snow. I need this in every color.

I cannot say how much I love my Hairbrellas! I could not decide on what color to buy, so I made it easy for me I bought two of them off white and black. You will not be disappointed when you get yours. They are high quality full coverage, your hair will NOT get wet at all, the satin lining is a PLUS, they are going to slide on and slide off and your hair will be entact! I am not disappointed!!!

Really excellent customer service throughout however the reason for my review is that the swim cap actually works!! I have hair extensions and cannot get them wet every time I want to go swimming. Traditional swim caps my hair was always still wet however my hair is dry when using this! Will be purchasing a backup!!

I ordered the Infinity Rain Scarf and absolutely love it. Not too heavy, great in cold weather/rain/snow. I did have an issue with delivery (delivered to the wrong house) which was handled by customer service immediately. I would absolutely recommend this product.

My experience with Hairbrella was very good! I love my raincoat, but I had to return it because I ordered the incorrect size. Customer service was right on it, with my return and exchange. Very impressive! I even had a chance to wear it. It kept me warm and dry. It fit very well. Even though I don’t need a hat to go with it, I want one! The material is very reliable, the quality of the coat is very well made, including the zipper. Love the pockets!

This hair bonnet is wonderful. It stays on all night. My curls last for days. Very comfortable while sleeping. Delivery was quick as well
