Good products but victim of their own success. Customer service and distribution hasn’t been scalable to demand. There seems to be one woman answering all CS enquiries and not able to deliver on the actions that she promises. Products take months to arrive despite the 3-4 day statement on their website.

Purchased a children's size swimming cap. It did not fit my 10 year old period. It took days for them to get back to me about how to return. I had to pay $15 to return in that part will not be refunded to me.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the products are lovely and of good quality. However, CUSTOMERT SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. 1. There is no way to request a return online from your order. You have to email them and wait DAYS for a reply. 2. They do not provide a return label. 3. They took 3 WEEKS to process my return after MULTIPLE emails and phone messages. 4. When they finally processed my return, they credited the WRONG item for return, which of course was way less expensive than what I actually returned. Now I'm back in an unending loop with them to get them to correct it. 5. They ship piecemeal. One item of a 2-pack bundle arrived 6 WEEKS LATER, which I wasn't expecting, as there was no communication about the missing item. This is costing me additional shipping to send it back after I returned the one I got. What then is the point of a "bundle"? 6. It's only worthwhile to buy their products through Amazon where your return will be tracked and processed efficiently. DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM THIS COMPANY. Too many headaches. It is absolutely maddening dealing with this company.
