So I have purchased two products in particular from Hairbrella. I am obsessed with the infinity rain scarf. I have one work to keep the cold air off in my head from the air conditioning. The other I use for any type of precipitation or even when it's just windy or cold outside. I know that my hair will not be frizzy, and that my natural hair will not revert due to exposure to perception. As a result of my past purchases, I have been the recipient of one of their rain hats. I love the short brim rain hat as well that was sent along with my order in white. The other product that I have used is their swim cap. I love the concept, but unfortunately, I have not been successful in emerging from the pool with dry hair. I've been taking swim class for about a year, and there's probably two or three times where it definitely worked. I have followed the instructions each time but unfortunately, each time has not been a success. However, what was the standout in the experience with the swim caps is that their customer service responded promptly and sent different cap options for me to try at no cost. I thought that was really nice that they did their best to resolve the situation. I am still hopeful that I can get some consistent benefits from this product, so I keep trying to use it each class. I've tried my ears in. I've tried my ears out, but i'm going to keep trying because I think it's a great concept. I also forgot I also have the sleep cap and the shower cap. I love those.

First I want to say how fast I receive the product. I purchased a sleep bonnet as well as a shower bonnet. When they said no slippage it's true. I'm on a loc journey so a good bonnet is necessary and even though I don't need smooth edges I wake up to smooth edges when the bonnet is removed. No more knots in my forehead or pulling at the hair on the nape of my neck.

Hi I placed an order with Hairbella back in Feb. my items arrived and I noticed that I ordered 2 of the same colors forth sleep cap and I needed to return my rain cap. I wanted to exchange the sleep cap for a different color. The customers service that I received was 10 out of 10. The reps kept me informed of when my exchange would be processed and shipped. And I was offered the opportunity to swap out the rein so for a different item. I honestly felt the friendliness in each email and they didn’t make me feel bad for returning or exchanging my items. They genuinely cared that I was happy & satisfied with my products. And the sleep cap is AWESOME! I love the adjustable band and satin there not damaging to my edges! Would highly recommend this brand!! Thanks!

The elastic strap is the most fantastic piece. I finally can rest assure that it will be on in the morning 😄

I have tried out several Hairbrella products - the Classic, a classic without a visor, the Sun Hat, and the Trapper Hat. I may pick up a shower and swim cap still. I have considered a nap or sleep cap as well. I tried the infinity rain scarf but it wasn't a great fit for my sensory needs. Not a problem with the product - it just felt claustrophobic so I don't use it in favor of better Hairbrella products. My sun hat and rain hats made it possible for me to enjoy the outdoors again even in the rain - because I struggle with the feeling of rain on my face, hair, down my neck. Its a sensory nightmare - but these hats truly keep my hair dry (and I can pile all of it INTO the hats to keep it all dry). The Trapper Hat is life changing though. I bought it in its first release - been wearing it for YEARS now and zero wear is evident. Not only is it super cute, extremely warm, and comfortable - it is so functional. You can fold up or down so many flaps to adjust for temperature. The satin lining is NOT ONLY hair protective (looking at you: friends with protective hair styles, people who walk to work and need their hair looking great when they arrive, people who are in entertainment/theater/dance who have winter performances with specific smooth hair style requirements, and friends with sensory needs that HATE the feeling of your hat sticking to your hair) it is comfortable and luxurious to the touch. I have to be outside down to temps in the -35° F plus wind chill area and this hat handles it - with only the addition of a neck gaiter for face/neck. The rest of my head and ears are fine - and my hair is fabulous. I've been impressed with the company's Customer Service as well, and their personal touch. I received the hairbrella infinity scarf for Christmas after eyeing the brand for years. Winter in New York has been intense, and I’m grateful to reach for this scarf. Since it’s silk lined, it keeps my hair, soft and protected, while the scarf itself keeps me warm and dry. I recently wore it outside during a 17 inch blizzard and my curls were intact after playing in the snow! The material of the scarf repels water so I was dry and so my hair!

The Quality Said It All For Me ..❤️ I had been ordering rain jackets, my work is in the weather. None that I had ordered before HAIRBELLA were true to size and lacked quality.
