I had an issue with my hair getting wet while wearing the Hairbrella swim cap. A representative contacted me and sent videos of the correct way to wear the Hairbrella swim cap. Best Customer. Service around. They listened to my issue and assisted me with resolution.. Wonderful product!

I bought a cap and was hesitant to use it because of conflicting reviews I read on social media. When I did use it, water came in under the cap. I reached out to Hairbrella to ask questions specific to my needs, and they responded quickly. The first time out, using their recommendations, I had NO water under the cap. In fact, I had to use my towel because the water was coming off the OUTSIDE of the cap, but my hair was completely dry, even at the edges. I am headed to a family reunion next week and will be taking my Hairbrella cap to swim❣

I have to honestly say that this is one of the best products that I’ve purchased off of social media. It’s does everything that’s advertised and looks very nice, unlike the average hair bonnet. The shipping was fast also. I will be purchasing more as gifts.

I got in on a sale and am happy I pulled the trigger. I had been looking at the products but never placed an order. A coworker of mine was wearing the scarf/rain hood during the winter and I asked him about it. He said he loved it, so that solidified my plan to purchase. I decided on the scarf and a sleep cap. Both are great products. The sleep cap is lightweight, comfortable and cute in the leopard print. I haven't gotten to wear the scarf yet but I know I'll love it. I will be a repeat customer. It also shipped quickly, fyi.

This is the perfect hat for my upcoming travels! As a curly haired girl, I’ve avoided wearing hats most of my life. Dealing with hat head and an all day pony tails is not an ideal option. Now that I’m an older curly silver, I worry about hair yellowing and of course skin damage. My new Hairbrella sun hat is a lifesaver! Foldable with a satin liner so it’s perfect! I can protect my hair and skin without worrying about taking it off indoors! No more hat head!

I purchased the tan waterproof sun hat last summer. I took it to a Caribbean cruise. It really kept my hairstyle neat. I like that it has a thin bungee cord at the base of the hat and a chin cord. It really kept things in place and I liked that it was adjustable. Customer service was really great as well. I needed to exchange a color and it wasn't an issue at all.

I used the swim cap on my recent vacation in punta cana and it kept my hair dry and soft while swimming in the ocean! Great product
