Must have swimming cap. I got the classic one and it didn’t move off my scalp and my hair was fully dry after swimming. Say no more to bad hair after a vacation coz this will keep your hair dry and you dnt have to walk around with wet hair.customer service is so lovely and they are so helpful .

I purchased a hairbrella swim cap for my sister’s foster children to share. The kids all have very long, thick locs and I wanted them to be able to swim all summer while allowing their retwists to have longevity and to prevent chlorine damage and breakage. I ordered a sport XL swim cap. Although I chose regular shipping, the cap shipped quickly and arrived in 3 days, which was much faster than the predicted delivery date. I was pleasantly surprised. Since I have locs as well, I decided to try on the cap to check the fit before giving it to my sister for the kids. I quickly realized that I had ordered the wrong size/ style as the cap was way too small. I knew that if it didn’t fit me, it definitely wouldn’t fit the kids as they are teens with locs that are very long and plentiful. I contacted customer service and they got back to me the next day. They kindly offered an exchange of the XL sport cap for a Classic XL as the cap I ordered still had the tags on and had not been used. Hairbrella was even willing to ship the new cap immediately so I could have it as soon as possible, instructing me to send back the wrong sized cap after the new cap arrived. The new cap arrived within a couple days and was much more spacious. I watched some instruction videos that Hairbrella graciously provided access to via a QR code on the cap’s tag. The kids tested the cap at the pool and their hair stayed 98% dry. I contacted Hairbrella, asked a few questions, and quickly received a kind response with more tips and tricks to achieve a fully waterproof seal on the swim cap. The cap really works! We were able to achieve 100% dry hair for the kids even after they went underwater, did flips, jumped in, etc. I was pleasantly surprised! I tried the cap for myself and was able to achieve the same results after some troubleshooting. As long as you put the cap on correctly, and follow the instructions, and order the correct size, your hair can and will stay dry, even without any forehead lines or headache. I also like that there is satin inside of the swim cap because it allowed my hair to stay neat and frizz free even after swimming. I plan to get a cap for myself soon. The swim cap is AMAZING and works better than I could ever have imagined. Customer service is prompt , polite, and very informative. I was respectful to them and they treated me in kind. Customer service was quick to answer questions and resolve any issues I came across. They patiently worked with me until my issues had been fully resolved. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Everything and everyone having to do with Hairbrella is INCREDIBLE! I highly recommend purchasing a satin lined waterproof swim cap from Hairbrella. I look forward to trying their other products as well and recommend you give them a try too!

After finding out about Hairbrella for mother's day this year. 2026. I am absolutely in love with their products. As well as their company's customer service is really great. This is the first time I've ever had a shipment sent out so quickly. For mother's day. I put it in an order for a few things. Then, I received an email about their new satin lined hair towel. I'm within the email was a discount code. And so we're talking, not even 30 minutes later. I was having issues with the shipping pricing. After one quick email, one of the sweet representatives reach back out to me. She was able to help me apply the coupon code. I received both of my items within the next day or 2. I would highly recommend this company. For any person with hair and who wants to take care of it. My nap mask helps me get the best night's sleep. Add, it protects my hair at the same time. I also purchased a summer hat as well. After first putting it on, I could feel the difference. I love how hat was able to keep the sun off my hair and my face and skin.This year I'm trying to be a happier, healthier me. Hairbella is going to be a big part of that journey. I received excellent customer service with Hairbrella. I have 5 sunhats that I travel with and outfits to match. When I reached out to exchange due to a sizing issue on my part, service was supurb. The hats are great quality and durable. I get lots of compliments. You can tell the difference in product quality. My cheapy hat that I carry in my favorite color feels stiff and low quality compared to my hairbrella hat. I only wear that when I need that color. If you are on the fence, and think the price is too high, watch for coupons. And can you reaĺly put a price to protecting your hair from breakage? No, you can't your worth it. Buy the hat(s). You will not regret it. Loyal customer, and when more color come in, I'll be back. Love the other products as well to help protect my sisterlocks.
